I have no complaints about him and his staff except for the lady at the window where u sign in at even another patient heard how she acted towards me when all I did was ask her a question and another time I went there after I was done u have to check out well she looked at me and kept staring idk what her problem is but the way she addressed me when all I did was ask her a questions I'm a very nice lady and the way she acted towards me and it was my first visit ever going there and when I had my procedure done o had to walk to another window nothing at all to do with her she stared at me and wouldn't look away I mentioned it to another employee idk if she said something to her about it but I'm not the type of person for verbal complaints but she acted like she was waiting for me to say something to her I like the dentist and all the other ladies I came in contact with that talked to me but the next visit I go back and she acts any kind away again I'm not gonna go back I will find another dentist I like Mr. Samuel but it's her

They did an exam and told me I have an abscess gum and will pull the tooth next Tuesday. Gave me no pain meds to get me through til Tuesday but ibuprofen. I called them and argued with the front desk lady and they told me this is what I need. I've been taking penicillin and ibuprofen for 4 days and have been in so much pain all week. My cheek is still swollen because my gum is so infected and I don't feel like calling back just to argue with the person at the front desk. They are suppose to pull it Tuesday guess we'll see how this goes. My advice would be find another dentist.

In june 2020, I had to get a root canal done. so i went to Dr sanders and told him i had a complaint on another tooth, so they took x-rays and said i had to get 2 root canal's.. He did the first root canal, told me to come back in October. After i got the root canal, Few months later, i start having severe pain on the tooth he had worked on. Pain medicine doesn't work anymore. nothing helps. I had something going on the day of my next visit to get my crown, so i couldn't get it, my mom rescheduled another visit.. They said to come back in January!! Not to mention when i went to my real denist they told me no you don't need another root canal, you just have a cavity. So basically, he messed up my root canal, tried to get me to get another one, and told me to come back in January. The tooth pain is horrible! I am losing sleep because of the pain.

Always canceling my daughter appointments at the last minute & reschedule them 4 or 5 months later.

Did two root canals and screwed them UP! Went back to see him because they were hurting. He did an xray and said everything was fine. Went to another dentist and was told he left roots on both canals. QUACK!! And I wish I could have told him that to his face. Then on top of that maxed out two insurances for two root canals and four fillings.
