Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean as a whistle as well. This is my first time at the office, and if my experience is an indication of future appointments then I would HIGHLY recommend. :)

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Staff was not friendly at all,. They asked me to provide my insurance member ID . They said they "have to " get insurance info during the call or before the visit and it can not be provided at the time of the visit , otherwise I will be considered as a CASH patient even if I have my insurance info by that time!!!!!!!!! I have never heard of that. I have been to many medical offices before. Anyway, I didn't have my dental insurance card on me at that moment when I callled. she asked me to privide MY SOCIAL SECURITY Number instead ! . I was very skeptical to give it over the phone. I told her I. Will call back with the member ID. I called back within 10 min to provide the member ID number and guess what. they said "it's better for me to find another office " !!! in very rude way with no clear reason, then she was saying oh we are booked, then she said oh because you didn't give your info over the phone . So the declined me because I refused to disclose my SSN over the phone lol l. What a joke! And what an attitude! May be the real reason is the insurance name "humana" that is not that appealing to them. Worst staff ever. Unprofessional Not recommended at all, would stay away. Never been into a situation like that. Thanks God I didn't end-up one of their patients . Many dental offices around are much better, professional and more friendly. Quality Matters!

Based on my many years of experience with dentists, I can say that Dr. Sams ranks among the very best I have ever encountered. She is very professional, thoroughly proficient, caring, and highly skilled in multiple aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Sams' well-trained, responsible, and very qualified staff also greatly contribute to a comfortable dental experience. My initial visit, following the worst of the pandemic, was an exemplary diagnostic experience that led to treatment, which greatly improved my aging dental health. I am so thankful she practices in our community and would recommend her, without reservation, to anyone in need of dental care.

I have been to Dr. Sams' office a couple of times in the last few months for different issues based on seeing a lot of great reviews and I'm so glad I did. Each time I have come here it's like I'm coming to visit friends. I am not one of those people with perfect teeth that is in and out so the fact that they make me feel at ease and comfortable with their services is what I need. Each member of the staff has been friendly and Dr. Sam is SO personable.

After a move I had to find a new dentist, and was very happy to find Dr. Sams, and hygienist Jess. Jess is thorough but gentle, and the entire office staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Dr. Sams and her staff are outstanding. Dr. Sams is an amazing dentist. She is professional, kind and caring. On more than one occasion when I saw her for extreme dental problems her reassuring words of "I can take care of this. I can fix it". I will never forget what she did for me. A miracle worker. If you want the best see Dr. Sams. It will be a pain free experience.

Dr. Sams and her entire staff are amazing! I had some significant work that needed to be done and I felt confident as soon as I was in the exam chair. She mapped out a plan for me to get things going in manageable sessions to get me back to full dental health. Finally a dentist that waited for me to be totally numb before proceeding with drilling and prepping for a crown. Her staff is kind and considerate as well. All very skilled and professional. I am very relieved to have found a dental practice I totally trust!

I had my first ever visit today with Dr. Sams, and I had a very positive experience. Everyone was very concerned that I was comfortable and that I was very important. They took their time and explained everything to me, and really took the time to answer my questions. I am very pleased with my experience and looking forward to using Dr. Sams and her team for my dental care!

I've been going to Dr Sam's for years now. She fixed all metal fillings with porcelain crowns and has always been very gentle. Her staff have always been very nice and helpful when needed.

Dr. Sams has been my dentist for almost 20 years and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Everyone in her office have always been so friendly and willing to accommodate; I have never had a poor experience with them.
