Unprofessional office. Dirty waiting area and inappropriate staff conversations behind the desk. Rotating dentists and scarce hygienists. Cementing crowns numerous times uncalled for and then discovering an incorrectly placed crown with huge gap on implant causing added expense that they would not cover! Definitely will not return.

Great dental group very professional made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Herring did an amazing job extracting a very painful wisdom tooth, I will use this group again.

Showed up for my appointment for the doors to be closed! No one answered the phone at any locations. I called for days after to see what happened but still no one answered the phone. I had to find a new dentist!

If I could do zero stars I would! Who texts a new patient five times and calls to confirm an appointment yet no staff is in the office... I called all offices and got voicemail. SO UNPROFESSIONAL I would recommend trying every other dentist first before you get to waste your time waiting for no staff to be at your appointment.

We got a confirmation text about my girlfriends appointment today and then when she shows up, it's cancelled saying they got the number wrong when they tried to call Friday. How could she get a text from your office this morning confirming the appointment if the number is wrong from the phone call attempt Friday? Seeing other people here that are having similar issues so we will be finding another place.

I have been a patient here for years and I love Dr. Baddour. He was an amazing dentist. The problem is the person answering the phones, Ashley. I had not been there since 2019, but my credit card was charge last month. I called about it, and she said she couldn't help me further and she refused to let me know who could help me. She refused to address my concerns and would not allow me to speak to anyone else. She was the last stop. Incredibly poor customer service. Sampson Dental went from 5 stars to 1 star because of the person answering the phone. Now I have to find a different dentist.

Got here 7:55 for my 8am appointment and nobody is here. Called some other of their offices closed as well. When the original owner was running the business they was open mon-fri and some Saturdays. And could get a early visit and still make it to work on time. We found out the original owner died and the family sold the business hence the new hrs or lack of hrs. They do a awesome job when you can manage too get in.

I have never been made to feel so embarrassed in my entire life. The receptionist, N. Carnivale informed me that "they are only taking patients that they know can pay."Because my child has CareSource, they assumed I won't pay my bill. Please keep in mind, I've never owed these people money. Now, my son is in pain and I have to take him to an urgent care.

Friendly staff and nice environment. Dr Kenyon was great and did a super cosmetic job on my teeth! I definitely recommend this place!
