I should've listened to the reviews but due to the fact that my tooth broke, and it was an emergency I settled for this place. I made the apt Friday and went in Monday. The hygienist was nice. The dentist was nice too. The service was inexpensive and fast, I paid out of pocket. It was simple - I had an old filling that was beginning to fail and allow decay in the tooth and a small part of it broke off. The dentist just had to do a simple filling type procedure. However based on prior experience at other dentist offices, I know that the dentist rushed through my procedure, and injected the novacaine so fast that it was painful during the numbing process. He injected so much, so fast I felt the immense pressure build up in my gums during the numbing process and it HURT. I had to make him stop once bc it was so painful, and he was in such a rush he began drilling without even checking if I was fully numbed- I wasn't fully numbed- and felt the drill. That should've been my red flag to get up and walk out. He then proceeded to add more novacaine which was painful, NOT due to the needle, but due to the rushed technique. Dentists are supposed to SLOWLY INJECT the novacaine to ensure it doesn't cause pressure to build up, which can actually rupture the gums if done incorrectly. I'll never make the same mistake again. Overall the work he did on the tooth looks fine, but based on the skill of the dentist, I will not return here.

This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional practice I have ever been in. They changed ownership several times in the past couple of years and that created chaos for their patients every time. In the past 30 days they cancelled and rescheduled my appointment three times. One of the reasons was their hygienist didn't show up on several occasions. One time they took x rays and said I had to do filling on one of my teeth and when I went in to do that they were pointing out to a different tooth. One time I had pain with one of my bottom teeth and they kept giving me completely different diagnosis every time I spoke to them-they kept changing their story. I do not recommend this practice even if it was the last place on earth. Very chaotic and staff is always very stressed, I always hear them trying to solve issues with their patients due to their unorganized chaotic process.

My wife and I needed to cover our daughters dental expense. I was mislead as the the terms offered and I'm now stuck with a monthly bill we can barely pay. During our discussions of the agreement, they threatened to have my daughter arrested on felony charges. Would you do business with these type of people?

We used to go to this office and service was okay but I believe there has been a change in management. Do not go to this office. Billed for services not performed and also dishonest about insurance coverage. They took payment for a service not performed and refused to refund.

I Love coming to this place. They are very Professional. I never have to worry about anything going wrong. The staff is very nice and Pretty!. Love my DENTIST!!

I had a cleaning at the office this morning. Everything went so seamlessly. It was nice to a male working at the front desk, and was greeted by both employees. I claimed to the staff that I am currently "working thru" a brain disorder. The hygienists expressed sympathy that I was working through numerous appointments through-out the week. I go to numerous appts through out the weeks. All employees, male and females, were very sympathetic. They listened and Shared sympathies with me. My next appt is in November. Hopefully there will be a happy me! Pam Suver

So happy I found this Dentist. Have been twice already and the whole staff is just wonderful. Smiling faces easy to talk to. They make you feel like family. They are also very gentle when doing procedures. I highly recommend them.

I like Dr. Baddour for my oral dental needs. My nine year old son likes him too. He makes us laugh and is very friendly.

My 6 yr old and myself go to the Powell location and the staff there a great!!! They are all very friendly. Had the wonderful pleasure to have the owner Dr. David Baddour work on my daughter's teeth and he was wonderful with her. I will recommend anyone to come here.

Very bad dental service. They really destroyed our medical case, it became worse and we had to get admitted to Emergency. We never stepped back in. The doctor worked on the problem we complained him about but it initiated another major issue. Ultimately we had to visit another dental office and we are on a prolonged treatment
