Got my teeth cleaned yesterday and I love my dental technician that does it and super friendly and is very careful with my front teeth!

Everything was fine...Dr K is a wonderful dentist and explains everything thoroughly to me. It is a very well staffed office and everyone is very amenable.

Will never go back the dentist canceled our appointment and no one called to inform us we showed up to be told the dentist wasn't there which upset my fiancee that we confirmed the appointment by text and recieved 2 messages by text one 2 hours prior to his scheduled appointment saying looking forward to your visit just to be told the dentist wasn't there. Wanted to talk to someone in charge would not give us number my fiancee called another location to be told they have ONE dentist for 10 offices and 5 of those locations are in New Hampshire, well whatever their issue is they need to make sure to contact patients when they cancel appointment it's a waste in gas and a drive that could have been avoided with a simple call. This is the third incident we have had with this office and we have decided that we will not be returning it seems like no one cares about patients anymore

Had a dental scaling done on 7/08/2020. Dentist did not get prior authorization to have the service preformed. Now here I am stuck several months later owing them more money. The dental work was amazing but the fact that they do not get prior authorization for services rendered is rather frustrating especially since I am now stuck months later with a surprise bill.

Dentist was nice although no one else seemed to know what they were doing. Left my apron thing around my neck and left me in the room didn't say anything about a cleaning what the next step was or anything and when I asked a lady she had no idea either... then heard them discussing me in a separate room very unprofessional. I Wass told I needed dentures but they didn't accept my insurance. And refuse to transfer my x-rays to a place that will accept my insurance without coming back to the office that's over half hour away just to sign a paper. Wish I never went here in the first place. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

Sampson Dental Group is a great group of dentists. The dental hygienists are very caring and take of not only your teeth but ensure you are very comfortable while they are working. I highly recommend them.

Dr Krothapalli was super amazing with my 4 year old daughter... I had previously taken her to refresh dental 3 different times to get 2 cavities filled... needless to say I left 3 times with no cavities filled... we came to Sampson dental and of course my daughter was nervous because of her previous experience with Dr Lee... the staff at Sampson dental was amazing.. they got us right back the ladies just loved my daughter.. they played with her and got her comfortable.. Dr Krothapalli came in and played around to get my daughter comfortable with him.. my daughters teeth were fixed.. I wanta say thank you so much

Sampson Dental Group is a great group of dentists. The dental hygienists are very caring and take of not only your teeth but ensure you are very comfortable while they are working. I highly recommend them.

Even though they were a little short handed that morning, I was given extraordinary care at my first visit to this dentist. The only thing that could have improved the visit would have been the dentist introducing himself when he came in. Maybe masks make it harder to connect? But his advice not to do surgery which had been recommended by another dentist was very much appreciated.

Dr Krothapalli was super amazing with my 4 year old daughter... Went for a 9am scheduled appointment and the door was locked and no lights on. Even received a text reminder about the appointment earlier in the morning. Guess I will be looking for a new dentist.

I have been going there since i was four years old even though the ownership had changed the hospitality has not they are great! Highly recommend
