Efficient, well trained, competent staff. Excellent communication. Excellent quality work and results. Fair and reasonable fees, with no interest payment plan. Located behind St. Francis hospital, with plenty of parking. I liked how understanding they were about my wanting to take a gazillion before, during and after photos. I liked seeing familiar faces week in, week out, beginning to end. Low employee turn over, from my point of view, adds to my confidence in Dr. Caves and his staff/office. My husband's work Flexible Spending Health account covered a good chunk, Dental Insurance covered a bit and we made payments on the rest. We were referred to Dr. Caves by our family dentist.

Dr. Caves is a Columbus staple in the field of Orthodontic care. His staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Caves himself is a recognized by his peers are one of the top Orthadontist in America. And his cost is comparable with the same level of care and professionalism, as others.

We just started seeing Dr. Caves, and we absolutely love him and his staff! They all work so well together and quickly help each other out if needed. Their personalities are positive and outgoing; just an overall great experience! Dr. Caves does a great job, and only wants the best. It's a very fast paced environment, so you are in and out. It's an overall great place and we are so glad that we chose Dr. Caves!

Great friendly customer experience. The personnel is always helpful, friendly and willing to answer all my questions and concerns. Dr. Caves cares for his patients more than the money.

This place does not care more about the patient than the money they are only about $. They expect you to pay but they are not at all flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. If I can rate it a zero star I would. Horrible service, horrible schedules, horrible pricing.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure that you are comfortable and treat you with care. I've always been very satisfied with each visit to Dr. Caves Office.

Dr. Caves and his staff are awesome! I broke my retainer years ago and stupidly never went back to get a replacement. Of course my teeth shifted and I had to get braces again. Dr. Caves gave me a VERY reasonable price on a new set and I should only have to wear them for 6-7 months. I will write an update when I get them off in November. :)
