Dr. Ball is simply awesome, kind, and patient. He's the best endodontics I've ever met, with my over 6 teeth of root canals.

I've had shares of rootcanals but Dr. RANDY Ball is the man. This one tooth bothered me for a long time and it was hard to numb. Dr. Ball made sure I was numb to do the procedure. His voice of reassurance was like the machine he used to clean my canals...Gentle Waves. I was fell asleep during the procedure. Afterwards, other then feeling sore no pain from the rootcanal. I highly recommend this office. Did l also mention how nice his staff is??

My fiance needed an emergency root canal done while visiting me from Ireland and Dr. Ball and his team saw him immediately. They stayed after hours to help him relieve the excruciating pain he was in. Dr.Ball and all the staff at Sammamish Endodontics were absolutely incredible. They were so attentive and caring, putting us at ease right away. Dr.Ball is an amazing endodontist, who is humble and compassionate. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Ball and his team.

If I could give them 10 stars, i would! What a wonderful practice, staffed with genuine individuals who really care about their patients. I'm 9 months pregnant and needed a root canal on a newly crowned tooth. After calling other practices who basically ignored my situation, Sammamish Endodontics got me immediately after hours to ensure that I was taken care of well before I deliver my baby. I was really nervous about this procedure, given my situation, but they patiently answered all of my questions and were so understanding. Dr Ball especially was extremely professional, caring, gentle and very genuine. He even repaired the crown (that my previous dentist had done) after the root canal procedure. He made sure that I wouldn't have any issues to deal with before my due date. It came as a breathe of fresh air for me after some previous experiences at other practices. Similarly, Dr Ball's staff are all incredibly personable, caring and interactive! I had the root canal procedure done yesterday and I've had 0 issues so far; no pain, only minor soreness from the anesthesia. I can really feel how well the entire procedure went! I'm beyond thankful to this team of professionals for doing their jobs so well and running such an incredible practice. Thank you so much!!

Dr Ball does great work. I had to get a root canal for the first time and the procedure went very smooth. The soreness afterward was minimal and went away quickly. Everyone who works in the office is nice and professional. Sam was very helpful.

Honestly, I've had normal dental fillings that hurt more than my root canal and I'm pain free the day after. Dr. Ball and his staff are excellent.

Dr. Ball and his staff were great! They fit me in quickly and we're courteous and attentive. When arrived I didn't have to wait at all. The whole thing was totally painless and Dr. Ball was making sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even texted me that evening and the next morning to make sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. I hope I don't have another root canal, but if I do I'd definitely go back to Sammamish Endodontics.

Dr. Ball and his assistant Sam really helped me out when I was in the worst pain from a tooth ache which ended up being me needing 2 root canals (which I felt were emergency and they got me in day-of-pain). Thank you so much to the both of them and the rest of the staff! Front desk was also so sweet.

This review is written by a real patient; I was recently in pain/discomfort (for ~2 weeks) due to a much needed root canal under a crown and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Ball's office in a pinch (lucky me: next day!). This was my first visit to an endodontist for a root canal, and I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Ball. Sammamish Endodontics raised the bar high on customer experience and quality of service, and Dr. Ball has now become our family endodontist and someone I will highly recommend to all of our local friends and acquaintances. There are several things about Dr. Ball that stood out to me during the visit. First, as others have pointed out, he takes the time to explain things very clearly and answer questions: the condition, reason for pain, steps of the treatment, and so on. Second, Dr. Ball is remarkably attentive, calm and soothing, and his demeanor is down-right relaxing. I arrived anxious about having my first root canal and as soon as the treatment started, I was surprisingly at ease. Third, Dr. Ball is attentive to pain management and making procedures comfortable and low-stress. Fourth, Dr. Ball strikes me as a consummate professional who uses cutting-edge materials and techniques and who has a perspective of doing things 'right' even if they take extra time. For example, during the procedure, they discovered that I had an extra root, which needed to be addressed and extended the time for the procedure. Dr. Ball was non-plussed and took care of it in stride with an upbeat perspective. I'm nearly certain that this set his busy schedule back slightly, however it didn't change his demeanor or pace. Fifth, it's clear that Dr. Ball and his colleagues care deeply about the patients they treat. They were genuinely kind and caring. Dr. Ball's colleagues are well trained and attentive, and I was impressed with everyone in the office from the front desk (who even knew my insurance refresh cycle) to the assistants who were highly skilled and knowledgable. The office is inviting and clean. Dr. Ball gave me his mobile number when I left and explained that I should call any time if anything came up. I was surprised when he called me in the evening to check in and make sure everything was OK. Wow. I have never had this level of care before. I'm a big fan of Sammamish Endodontics. The level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding and I'm thrilled to give them all of my business in the future.

If you are looking for an exceptional and caring dentist for your root canal look no further. Dr. Ball did such an amazing job on mine. Even my husband, whom is a dentist, highly recommends him. Thank you Dr. Ball and staff for taking such great care of my pain!!!

Nothing is more concerning to a dental professional than the possibility a tooth has a serious problem beyond repair. I was not quite sure what I was in for when I saw Dr. Ball. His team members were professional and friendly. Their entire approach was focused on patient care and comfort. The technology used to narrow the problem down was amazing. The time to explain and educate was very appreciated. As a 50 plus veteran of the dental field, I want to extend kudos to an amazing team. I will definitely be referring the patients from our office with great confidence. Thanks Randy and team for a most enjoyable experience.

Wow! What a great experience! Dr. Ball and his staff exude kindness, professionalism, and incredible results. While it can be a little nerve racking to experience dental pain, Sammamish Endodontics is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a solution to your discomfort.10/10 would highly recommend!! I highly recommend Dr. Ball. To be honest, having never had a root canal before I was a little nervous when my dentist said I likely needed one to save my tooth that had been aching for a few days. Dr. Ball and the staff at Sammamish Endodontics made me feel very comfortable. His professionalism, caring personality, and attention to detail made me feel very confident that I was at the right place. He took good care of my tooth and I am very happy with the results. I would certainly recommend Dr. Ball!

Dr. Ball and his staff are amazing! The list in endless on how wonderful everyone is here. Dr. Ball and his team thoroughly explained the process for my root canal and it was seamless. Honestly no pain! Dr.Ball followed up after my appt and personally called me to make sure my tooth was feeling was great. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've been going with them for a complicated procedures for my children and Dr. Ball is very good.
