The staff is super friendly. They answer all my questions, when I have them in a timely manner. Dr. Sami is detailed and direct about what is going on. They all make my daughter feel so comfortable.

I've had 3 children see Doctor Sami. When one hit adulthood she didn't want to leave his care lol He is so gentle, communicates the care and treatment so well. The reception staff is seriously the best. Great customer service and they always make us feel welcome. We appreciate the professionalism in all areas of service.

Sami Smiles has been a great experience for our family. Kind dentists and hygienists, experts at working with kids. We started going when my daughter was less than one year, and each time we visited they did a little more. Now at age 5 she's a champion at the dentist, and I really think it's because of their approach.

I do understand that you can't miss a dental appointment due to it costing wasted time and money but I genuinely had to reschedule only because we have transportation problems & my husband schedule is very demanding. He doesn't know how his job is going to be like until the day he is working, and he can't always take off of work. I'm sorry but this makes it very difficult. I thought that circumstances out of anyone's control should have been a valid reason? I'm really not trying to waste anyones time on purpose. I'll try elsewhere I guess.

My son has been going to Dr. Sami since he was in Kindergarten and soon he'll be in High School. All the employees are always friendly and professional. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Sami.

My daughter struggles with anxiety and that was one of the reasons I chose Sami Smiles, because I wanted a team of people that would interact with her on a level that she would feel comfortable and have a less stressful experience when receiving her dental and orthodontic treatments. The entire team at Sami Smiles is amazing!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else... they are amazing and genuinely care about their patients overall.

Couldn't be happier with the visit. She was great with both of my boys. Took her time to let them know what was happening for each step. For the first time they made it through with an entire cleaning. So happy we made the switch!!!

Sami Smiles is really great and patient with both my kids Santiago and Kataaliyah. Kataaliyah did really good on her last visit and let the dentist helper brush her teeth. Thank you Sami Smiles and Team for being kind and patient! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year

From the moment we walked in to this dentist I knew this was a better option for my son. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. My son really enjoys this dentist office and both of the dentist that work there are outstanding. 5 stars!

Both my kids needed a lot of work done and Sr Sami and staff were very nice to them and got their x-rays all done which was always difficult to do at their previous dentist. Was awesome because Dr Sami has access to utilize Kaiser facility so Anesthesia only my cost me their $15 copays. Was very thorough in explaining every step of the process and what work they both needed. Sedation coordinator was also very helpful in setting up times and billing and went above duty in getting everything prepared. Would definitely recommend to everyone who has kids.

Dr. Sami is amazing with my son! My son is always so excited to get his checkup. The staff is so friendly and sweet as well. I have recommended this office to family and friends!
