Never been excited to go to the dentist until I went to see Dr. Riad. I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in the girls are amazing and very helpful. Dr. Riad is the best dentist in the area

The ladies who work there are all very nice, the hygienists are very friendly and thorough. They are also quick and convenient. The dentist himself has left me upset more than once. When I did have a filling, he ignored that my notes say I have tmj and he didn't bother letting me close to rest my jaw at all. When the seering jaw pain eventually caused me to try to close me my mouth involuntarily he would practically yell at me. He also tells me every time I see him to save up my money and get invisalign, even though I've already said I can't afford it and we are paying with medicaid. It is cosmetic and has nothing to do with the health or hygiene of my teeth, but I end up leaving feeling sad and self conscious about my smile. I don't think it's appropriate to keep telling me to save up money I don't have for a cosmetic thing. Finally there was a dead bug in the waiting room that I hope was a large black cricket but possibly a roach (had signature roach antenna). Not sure so take that last one for what it is.

The staff is very friendly. The hygienist was so gentle and nice. Dr Riad was also very personable and thorough. I would highly recommend this office.

I am a veteran of the USAF.I have been around the world. This is by far the worst front office that I have ever, ever dealt with Ignorant, incompetent,unprofessional and very rude and not helpful at all.There are a lot of other places that will help you and not treat you like that.Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.

I first met Dr Riad at his Grand Island Office, and had my initial scan and brief discussion on what I had wanted done. I felt uneasy, but this was the first time we had met. The Dr had stated he could begin early the following week, at his Delaware Street location. I gave this some thought, and planned on returning to visit Dr Riad for further consultation, discussion, etc. I was extremely pleased at this second meeting with him, and felt he treated me with the utmost respect. We were on the same page, we understood where each of us was coming from. At this point, I felt I could completely trust Dr Riad to fully meet my needs. The office personnel was fantastic, very helpful and friendly, and is presently working with me to get the process going and, most likely, appointment scheduling. I am looking forward to working with Dr Riad, as I now feel I have full confidence in him. He is most professional, and was there to answer all my questions, and took his time, making sure he covered all my concerns before I left the office. I am confident Dr Riad will meet my needs, especially after seeing his quality, updated equipment he has in his immaculate office.
