I made an appt with Dr. Sam for a tooth that had lost a filling. He chastised me for the short time he was in the room and said he was doing nothing to the tooth because of my grinding. I simply asked what my alternatives were and he said I'm putting you in hygiene. His assistant stayed behind and proceeded to tell me these are resources that could be used for patients who really need it. I believe I've paid well for those "resources". So I'm having a crown placed elsewhere. Where I might be worthy of the resources needed.

I don't think I've ever got in and got out faster than I did with this office. Largely in part to the dentist and his assistant. They were both awesome! I will for sure go back there and plan to do so in fact. They earned the 5 stars in my opinion.And as I recall when I was making my appointment, the receptionist was so very kind indeed.

The most beautiful experience I ever had at a dentist office. The kind receptionist helped me with a personal emergency that quickly came on as I walked thru the door. The dentist H. Ervin and his lovely male dental assistant was awesome, they both made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I was very nervous to have surgery but it turned out to be the best & fastest service I ever received. Thank you! *****

I cracked a molar and needed an extraction. Dr. Ervin and the staff were exceptionally kind! I also appreciated that the office had separate rooms for patients so that you didn't have to hear nearby drilling.

I love this dentist office! I've always been scared and have the worst luck with dentists' since I was a kid but I've been coming here close to a year & it gets easier and easier every time. The staff is so kind and they all seem they wanna be there to actually help me! One of the workers is so energetic compliments my colored hair, tattoos, piercings etc. it's very friendly and inviting! I recommend for anyone!

Came here for a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled the day before. Everyone in my area was booked out for weeks and incredibly over priced. I drove 1.5 hours here and was treated quickly and kindly. Everyone was nice and my doctor made sure I was comfortable and eased my anxiety the best he could. I didn't feel any pain and was in and out in a little over an hour. They explained what's covered first and allowed me to figure out what worked for my pain and budget. 100% recommend I couldn't talk after I left from surgery but everyone I worked with deserve a huge thank you for what they do!

Insurance fraud! Greenwood Denied my HIP as secondary with IU as primary. Attempting to charge $150+ without updating my information. Waited 2 hours over my appointment. Contacting the board of health.

Let start with the positive: The nursing staff and Dr. were all nice and helpful. The Dr. did her best to comfort me during the process. The negative: The 3 hour wait, the technician left the Dr. by herself with my mouth wide open filling with blood, saliva and tooth fragments. The Dr. said "whew this tooth is harder to get out than expected. We should have been done 10 minutes ago". The fact my meds were called into the pharmacy the next day at 4pm. The fact that their location can only numb you and the other location has gas and anesthesia. It's more, but I've decided to not go back.. Other than that they would get no stars. Just go to an oral surgeon.

The dentist who works there is extremely rude, not helpful, and treats CERTAIN people differently. No eye contact, no help, no relief. Told us to go somewhere that WASNT EVEN OPEN. Sent a pregnant woman away that had a major infection without any antibiotic or pain relief. All she wanted was the teeth pulled and he snarky and hatefully says "I can't do a root canal on pregnant women." SHE WASNT EVEN LOOKING FOR A ROOT CANAL. If you go here and "Ervin" is working, and your a CERTAIN TYPE OF PERSON he doesn't like, I feel sorry for you. The other staff was very nice and polite. It's just that quack dentist that needs to resign and never work in this field again. If there are any adverse affects that happen to this pregnant woman or her baby because of this infection she was REFUSED help with, mr Ervin may one day be facing a law suit. I will be taking this as high as I can in hopes of sparing someone else of having to suffer from that "man." He was so rude and hateful she was almost in tears the poor woman just needed help and wanted relief. That no good quack should be ashamed of himself and I pray one day he loses his job. His bias and hateful nature is beyond unprofessional and he has no business working with people.

The absolute worst dental experience ever. My appointment was at 12pm , got there at 11:39am (in pain) , didn't get "seen" until 3:00pm. When I finally got called back the room I was in x-ray machine wasn't working so I had to wait even longer to be switched to a different room. Once in the other room I was x-rayed with no protective cover and that was just it. I was given a prescription and sent on my way after hours of waiting. My insurance covered everything except the crown they kept trying to get me to purchase out of pocket , even after telling them I didn't want it. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL TO ANYONE.

Ms.Tiffany Williams & Ms. Shveta Patel are the bomb they made me feel very welcomed and very comfortable and I won't lie I was nervous at first but they made my experience over all amazing

Most unprofessional place to get work on dental done. 12 till 3 and they only did x-rays didn't even get my shots. Lady on the phone hungup on me because I asked a side question. Most rude unprofessional ruthless people in there. Front counter was rude. Never again the reviews are lies.

Took my 82 year old mother here for loose tooth with pain she was told they do not do appointments. She waited 3 hours while people were allowed to walk in and get seen before her. I was told that since the wait is so long people are allowed to check-in then leave and return as if it was an appointment. My mother was never t9ld this and never seen. This is a horrible dental office with horribel customer service
