You (and your sanity) deserve better than what this office can provide. The stress of dealing with their office staff makes the rest of the clinical experience irrelevant. They have the least competent front desk that I've encountered. The receptionist doesn't answer the phones regularly, nor call you back from voicemails that they ask you to leave, and is usually some flavor of, 'irritated you're asking something'. Instead of sending out appointment reminders, they will send you a bill for hundreds of dollars out of the blue, even though you haven't been to their office in over a year. Cute, right? If you call them about your bill- good luck. The receptionist is all "uhhhs" and "umms", and will ask for your contact info, just to hang up and never get back in touch with you. Don't waste your time here. I've been avoiding all dentists because of the experience that this team provides.

11/22/2022 at 12:50 Called to ask about my balance. Lady asked my name, I spelled it to her a couple of times. She put me on hold and came back asking me to spell my name again, which I did patiently because I understand my name is not that popular and some people have a hard time understanding my accent. She said "ok, one second", then 5 seconds later I heard her hang up. I called back 2x and it rings but no one picks up. I don't even know what to say but this lack of professionalism lost my business

This business spams via text and phone. I have never gone to this clinic and I am getting spammed by them. I would never go to this business for my health care.

10 years ago you would see the same dentist from one visit to another. Now, unlikely. They do not bother to read your chart before they see you so it's as if you're a new patient every time you see the dentist. My family and I finally left for another practice. Despite numerous calls and promises, this office never forwarded our x-rays. I requested copies of our records, for which they will charge me. I was told I could pick them up by 5. Left work early, arriving at the office at 4. Nobody here. Indicative of their whole operation. No account.

New to the area, found them while searching for dentists that took my insurance. Was TERRIFIED by the reviews thinking I was going to have a terrible experience. It ended up being okay, I give it 4 stars in part because the staff are super friendly, nice and welcoming. I went in for a cleaning, and I will say she wasn't super rough with me like last reviews said, however she got water everywhere. She cleaned my teeth, okay too. Not as throughly as my past dentist had done, but okay. She also flossed me which was weird because no dentist had done that to me before. I'm going back in for a filling, so we'll see how this goes. I don't think I will be going to them long term, but for now, since I'm only going in for cleanings they should be okay.

I would go elsewhere. I used to go to them awhile ago and I called to be reset up for new patient and they cancelled my appt because they failed to update my number and couldn't get a hold of me. I called to verify and learned it was cancelled. I work mon they Friday 9 to 5 like they do and had to take time off to get an appointment. Ridiculous.

i went here for a few years mainly because i was too lazy to change locations. i never had the same dentist twice and the past few times i went the hygienist was very rough and unfriendly. the dentist i happened to see that time was rude and said i needed a bunch of cavities filled and kept sighing like i was an inconvenience. i went to a new dentist recently and the teeth that had so called cavities were completely fine. the receptionists are always nice, but you end up waiting well past your appointment time.

The receptionist was outstanding. treated me with respect like no one else has done st other RVA medical offices. Since my first apt I can not get them to call me back even after having treated me for an infection. I have spent the last 6 hours in pain because they will not return phone calls for a current patient Seriously will never recommend them especially after their on call Dr has never set up hi or her voicemail. Very irresponsible of the practice.

This office is horrible!!!! I made an appointment to get my upper right tooth looked at. I said it was an emergency i was in alot of pain. Just when i get to the appointment the dentist is gonna tell me she doesnt work on upper teeth just the bottom!.. like whattt than what am i doing here.. why did u take my appointment. On top of that. Im crying exprssing the pain im in.. shes like well do u still want a cleaning? Let me fix the tooth on the other side!.. noo i am here for the pain i am in and clearly u cant help.. now i see why this was the only office able to take me at such short notice.. and let me not get started on the unprofessional unorganized staff!!. I saw this dentist had 2 stars and i was nerves before my visit i even asked the staff about the services.. and now i see why this place has a 2 star rating!.. im still in alot of pain but guess what they charged my insurance for absolutely NOTHING. !

Expect a long wait and minimal hospitality... I wouldn't recommend this office.
