Salud is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), 5013 nonprofit, operating 13 clinic locations, administrativeand training site, and a mobile unit. We provide medical, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health care services to keep you and your family healthy.
As an FQHC Salud is governed by a patient-consumer Board of Directors, which ensures patients direct delivery of healthcare services.Salud receives operational funding from Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) to provide health care services in the communities we serve.
We focus on low-income, medically underserved populations as well as the migrant and seasonal farmworker population. Salud Family Health Centers accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, and most private insurance plans. We offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Insurance enrollment assistance is available.
Salud serves as your Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The foundation of aMedical Home is the relationship between the patient, family and the Care Team. Services are designedto respond to your personal goals and to support self-managementof your health.
We have been dedicated to delivering quality health care to underserved communities since we opened our doorsin 1970. Salud was founded to serve low-income and migrant populations and these communitiesremain our priority.

I am really satisfied with all the staff at the Salud Dental. They are so friendly and very caring. Nice and clean work spaces. There is one person who brightens my day when I see her. I would like to leave a much necessary message that if you would like your teeth polled or teeth filled Salud dental is the place to go extremely clean exceptionally professional Kyle the dentist was out of this world taking care of me without any pain I am very grateful and very satisfied with the work that they did in my mouth thank you very much I am very appreciative

Easily the best dentist I've ever been to. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, and the dentists here really know their stuff, including their dental students. I've come for a number of appointments in the past few months and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Awesome dentist and staff!! We are from out of town on vacation and my husband had a tooth that had been bothering him but became extreme while in Trinidad. We called several dentist in the area Salud was able to get him in same day and treated him very well. They fully explained everything he was experiencing and his treatment options. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for dental care. Also very covid aware!

I've had extensive work done here and shanntell is is my favorite she is kind and professional with a great bed side manner. The dentist goes above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable.

I've had a bad toothache with an infection for the last 2 weeks!! I went in yesterday for the first time due to my jaw starting to lock up, I was nervous they wouldn't be able to do anything due to the lack of space my mouth would open. Let me tell you, THEY GOT THE JOB DONE!! Very professional and polite dentists!!
