UPDATE: Management staff got ahold of me over these issues and apologized for the issues and delays and set me up with a closer appointment, hoping the process goes much easier now This might be one of the worst experiences I've currently dealt with in terms of customer service. I ended up getting coivd and had to reschedule my exam date a month out no issue. I get a call the day before being told the surgeon missed his flight and I would need rescheduled no big deal A MONTH OUT for something that wasn't even my fault. Now i called to confirm the time and am told he won't be in the office and the put me another month out there was zero attempts to contact me or inform me I reviewed all my phonecalls and text messages. Honestly if my dentist didn't recommend this exact surgeon I would go somewhere else. Still might have to if the keep canceling my appointments nonstop.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed here a couple of days ago and LOVED my assistant Kim. She was so calming and kind. Doctor McDonald did a great job on the procedure and the whole staff there was very kind, informative and welcoming!

I've never walked out in the middle of an appointment until my experience with Dr. Lawson at this office. I was told by the front desk that my CT Scans were not included in the referral from my ENT as they should have been (coincidentally the ENT office right next door), and that I would need to provide the scans before a consultation could take place. I was made to pick up my own scans from the Imaging department at the hospital (frustrating, but okay not a problem) and bring them with me to my consultation. On the way to the exam room the assistant says Lawson is requesting new CT scans because the ones I provided aren't clear enough. I politely ask to first go over my existing scans with Lawson for clarification and to not be unnecessarily charged for additional scans. By the end of this appointment I would be made aware that Lawson never even looked at the scans I brought from imaging and they were blatantly trying to make a quick buck. In addition to this, from the moment Lawson walked in she spoke a mile a minute to the point of mumbling over her words, at one point she exclaimed "I love money!" Which completely rubbed me the wrong way. When I could get a chance to speak she would immediately cut me off, ignore half of the relevant information I was providing and WOULD not listen to my concerns. Rather than be direct with me, she gave a rather grandiose, long-winded speech full of hot air and theories as to why I was essentially being turned away, to which the detailed scans provided all of the answers, yet she did not once look at them. I even asked her "Are you going to at least look at my scans?" This is a perfect example of a doctor who is impersonal, disrespectful, dismissive, and in her own words "patronizing".

I never signed up to come all the way out here (a 2 hour drive for me). McDonald's office in Longview made a mistake and booked an appointment here instead of in their own office. What a stress. Then here they say I probably misunderstood them..I didn't!!! I explicitly said that I wanted my appointment in Longview.

Patient care and procedures seemed fine, if a bit disorganized. However, there was a man carrying a sidearm in the waiting area. I voiced my concern and was told they explicitly allow weapons in their clinic and were not going to change that policy. Private businesses do not have to allow weapons on their property. A business, especially a medical facility, that allows guns is not providing an appropriate or safe environment for patient care.

I had as wonderful of an experience getting your wisdom teeth removed that's possible. Everything ran smoothly with excellent time management. Everyone was very communicative throughout the entire process and Dr. Sarah Lawson checked up on my healing process several times.

I've seen 3 different doctors here, and they have been wonderful! Dr McDonald, Dr Hokett, and Dr Lawson (Larson? Darn my sieve-like memory!) They have all given me wonderful treatment, explained things so that even I could understand and follow directions, and eased my mind when things arose in aftercare. I can ONLY highly recommend this facility and these doctors and wonderful staff! Yes, the techs are awesome as well!

I had such an excellent experience with Dr Wong as my oral surgeon extracting my wisdom tooth. He is so kind and considerate and his personality just has a calming effect and I did not feel any discomfort or pain in the least from start to finish. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs to have oral surgery. I was so thankful that several people highly recommended him to me. Thank you Dr Wong for such a positive experience. Also his assistants were awesome too, very helpful and friendly. Rebecca Shefchek

I was a patient today first time with Dr Hokett. His assistant was amazing & so was Dr Hokett. They explained everything to me & Dr Hokett went over what he thought would be best for my treatment plan. Very affordable as I pay out of pocket & no insurance. Don't be afraid to come here if you have a referral or any pain in your mouth

Today I went in to see Dr. Wong, and I have to say, what an amazing oral surgeon! He is extremely professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and is always looking out for the best interests of the patient. He would be my top recommendation to anybody in the area looking for an oral surgeon.

I would highly recommend this office, if you are in the need of oral surgery, or periodontal work. From the first call I made to this office, they recognized the urgency of my situation, and got me in very quickly! The staff was friendly, the assistant that worked with me was an absolute sweetheart, Dr. Hackett was great, you could tell the staff really enjoyed their work and place of work, which is important to me.

Where to start? They did a terrible job of giving any accurate or helpful information. He got a prescription for 2mg Ativan to take an hour and a half prior to procedure and told him he should have someone drive him (no problem!) He was told it would take about 30 minutes once they got in there (his mouth) to extract one tooth and the whole thing would be an hour tops. I dropped him off at noon for his appointment. He texted me that they wouldn't let him pay because he had the medication and I would have to when I picked him up (okay!). When I went to pay they told me this was a down payment because they were waiting for insurance authorization. He made this appointment over 4 months prior, how could it take that long for authorization? He had had his consult with imaging already, they should know exactly what they're doing. Our baby and I were waiting an hour. Hour and a half. After an hour and forty minutes my husband texted "Sorry it's taking so long." I asked if he was done, he said they hadn't even STARTED! They told him they were waiting for him to be "really numb". He later told me they "cranked up the gas" and left him on for the whole 2.4 hours from start to finish. He told me to just go home, get the other kids off the bus, and let the dog out and he would take an Uber home. When I got home I looked at the receipt and saw the name of the clinic and the physician were different than the clinic and physicians named. The number I called was for somewhere in Longview, with an option to reach Battle Ground location. When I selected that option, thinking maybe they had recently moved, the number was disconnected. Then my husband texts me that they won't release him to an Uber driver because of the medication he was told to take prior to coming. I called to ask them to please let him ride the Uber home, I had to convince them to let him leave (it had been over 4 hours since he took that medication and he was not feeling the effects anymore.) I explained that we were told it would be an hour tops, but that I now needed to get the kids off the bus and the baby was sleeping and I couldn't get him right then. They put me on hold and had to get permission from the doctor to let him leave, but only because I was home to "receive" him. When he got home he told me he asked about the two extra Ativan that he had been prescribed and they told him to "hold onto it for the next time he may need it or feeling anxious." I'm curious who we actually paid. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged by the hour. They should have explained everything to my husband that the consultation and given him a waiver to sign saying he relinquished his rights regarding payment and transportation. Ativan is a controlled substance, and without regard to someone's complete medical background should not be suggested to taking "whenever you feel like it". They also told my husband to just take the narcotics every 4 hours, regardless of how he was feeling until the 10 tablets were gone. I've been an RN for 6 years and I am appalled at the lack of communication, follow-through, and sketchy practice of this place.
