We have developed an informative and fun complimentary dental health program for preschool-8th grade children for their parents, teachers, and teacher aides. The program teaches the importance of baby teeth, toothbrushing, and flossing techniques, why regular dental check-ups are important, and how to achieve a healthy diet.

I wanted to give 0 star. That place is a joke. Never answer calls. Never return calls. Sent a text saying my kid has an appointment at 1:10 in the morning. They are terrible! I changed dentist the same day.

I left a voicemail after business hours requesting an appointment for my child (current patient) for a broken tooth. When leaving the voicemail I specifically stated my child is in pain and I would follow up the following morning to schedule an appointment. This office has limited hours on Fridays so I called several times within business hours with no answer. I left more voicemails explaining my child's situation and never received a call back. Two business days later and I have yet to receive a return call.

I Do NOT RECOMMEND SALISBURY PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY! Don't use this dentistry for your children!!! They can't keep up with the amount of patients they currently have and still continue to accept new patients. I called everyday Monday through Thursday leaving a message with details to get my son seen for an emergency appointment for a tooth they told me that only needs to be filled with no return phone call. A couple days after he was seen and xrays taken and being told it only needed to be filled they scheduled it over a month out for the filling. A couple days later his tooth broke while he was eating something soft. After trying multiple times on the 4th day after calling once each day prior leaving a message to get ahold of them I get him seen at Happy Teeth Pediatric Dentistry in Statesville the day of and learn more about my son's teeth in one appointment then I have since my son was seen here. FYI when I finally got a call back on the 5th day I asked how does one with an emergency get a hold of you guys after trying for days with no return phone call or even answering the phone and I get told since they have to many patients that it's best to just show up to get seen. So if you have an emergency with your child's tooth and can't get them on the phone just show up to the office.

They were great at first appointment, had a emergency & had to reschedule my sons second appointment in late September & since then NO one will answer the phone or return my phone calls & I've tried rescheduling multiple times since late September.

Overall they are great!! The only things that were a bit frustrating were: It was almost 2 months before my son was able to be seen, and the waiting room was very crowded, as there were lots of people and not enough chairs for everyone so people were standing everywhere. Friendly staff and clean office. Will definitely be going back!!

My granddaughter Jordan says she loves her dentist. They are very good with the children. Lot of time when you tell a child they are going to pitch a fit, she doesn't at all. Great place to take your children to the dentist.

Took my 3 year old here for her first appointment and had an outstanding experience. They were so nice and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They also made my daughter feel comfortable and talked her through everything.

I am very unhappy with their scheduling, we were made to wait 4 months for our follow up appointment. after having received 3 email reminders and two text reminders when we arrived for the appointment we were told first that our appointment was at the hospital then that we had no appointment at all But we could sit and wait and see if someone canceled.
