Office staff very rude and unprofessional. Refused to give me an appt until I called my insurance company and asked them if they have a PPO. I stated I'm sure they do since they were on the listed as an eligible dentist that we could see with our plan. So I went ahead and called the insurance and as I expected they said they do have a PPO and that particular dentist accepts our insurance, which is why they were on the list. When I called the office back after being put on hold several times they finally said that they had no appointments until April 2023. I have two broken teeth and one filling that fell out. Of course I cannot wait until April of 2023. I also told them that obviously they do not want any patients. Most unprofessional and rude office staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do yourselves a favor and find another dentist. That is what I am going to do.

Made an appointment 6 months ago for a routine cleaning and was informed I'd need to fill out some documentation online, which I did that day and confirmed the appointment. Got to the appointment today and was told they have none of the paperwork, the hygienist left the practice, and I wasn't on the schedule. I would never recommend such a horribly run practice to anyone. I'll find a different dental service in town and try to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

Office staff was very rude and unprofessional. I came in for a routine cleaning and was billed for something completely different. After calling to discuss the bill, Pam (office manager/billing) hung up on me! Called back to speak to Dr. Nance but staff kept hanging up. Low class staff Dr. Nance. Go see Dr. Kaputa much more professional.

Talk to them on the phone about a cleaning $125 for the cleaning I clear my day to schedule an appointment get there and was told I need to spend another $90 for x-rays and they can't clean my teeth without them not too Happy with them I felt like they just want money !!!Will not return

Wow! They were very quick SUPER friendly, no pain and the doctor was hilarious. As a college student this is exactly what I would call a perfect dentist.

First time at Salisbury Dental Center. 100% satisfied. Called at 8am on Monday morning. Broke 2 teeth off of bridge Fri night. They told me to come in to see what they could do and by 11am same day I was walking out with it completely fixed for extremely fair price. They saved the day for me. Extremely friendly staff a plus.

Dr Nance is the best. He's very friendly and genuinely concerned about his patients. Dr Nance is the only dentist who has worked in my mouth and I felt no pain. The staff is great and the costs are reasonable.
