Dr. Sarment completed graduated from the University of Michigan Orthodontic Department with a Master of Science and a specialty certificate. She currently lives in Saline with her husband, David, and her three children, Lea, Myriam, and Nathanyel.
Carmina started her career as a dental assistant in 2021 and graduated at the top of her class from Michigan Dental Assisting School. She is a certified radiographer, OSHA, CPR, and a Certified Dental Assistant. She is very close with her large family back in Cebu, Philippines but now lives in Saline with her husband and two toddlers. She loves karaoke, organizing, cooking and decorating.

I highly recommend Dr. Sarment! She does amazing work and is super friendly and personable. She is patient and understanding with young kids and always makes room in her schedule to accommodate our family. I was concerned about my daughter missing school for appointments, but she only missed one day over two years! Both my daughter and son see her and they LOVE her. They look forward to their appointments! My daughter's teeth look amazing after her braces. My son will be getting his braces soon and I'm looking forward to his journey with Dr. Sarment. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Sarment and we are all so happy we choose her!

Dr. Sarment is exceptional in her work and interacting with kids. She is very patient and kind. She also takes the time to talk kids through what she is doing and explains the goals in an encouraging way. My kids always look forward to their appointments with Dr. Sarment and love her!

I just got my braces off after a year and change of having them on. My teeth look so much better now, I didn't realize how uneven they were before! Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend :)

Dr. Sarment is second to none, she and her staff besides being very experienced in their profession, were always warm, kind and down to earth. She worked on my daughter's braces and my daughter was extremely happy with the final outcome. Her kind words would always encourage one to do what she would ask the patient to do. One can tell she really cares about her patients, and at the end she becomes part of the family and not just one's orthodontist. Her clinic is the cleanest clinic I have ever seen. Even during the Pandemic, she took the extra precautions of protection for all her clients by going by appointments only and being very effectively efficient. If your appointment was at 1:00 PM you were seen at 1:00 PM, unheard of in the medical profession. I would highly recommend Dr. Sarment to anybody who needs braces for their kids or themselves. You will not be disappointed. Thank you very much Dr. Sarment and will never hesitate to refer you to family and friends. Thanks Again!

Dr. Sarment is so sweet! I have been her patient for 2 years and I have always felt comfortable with her. She clearly explained how she would work with my teeth and braces so I always knew what was going on and how they would support my tooth care. Her positive energy always made me look forward to her appointments and now that I'm done with my braces I won't see her as often so I'll miss her :)
