They ruined my mouth and don't want to take responsibility for what they did and are threatening to call the cops for "harassment" when they're the ones who caused me this pain and infection and don't want to take any responsibility to assist me for the damage they have caused. They told me to call an endodontist that will do the procedure "without prior authorization" and I called that office and they said they can't do it without prior authorization and I called back this office and the same girl who told me they would do it without the authorization told me she had no idea what I was talking about. These people are money hungry snakes and will lie through their teeth to destroy your mouth and deny responsibility for it. I am seeking an attorney for malpractice

I do not trust this lady with my mouth at all. While she was doing my filling, her and her assistant were talking to each other not paying attention to what they were doing. They are way too aggressive, it's like they do their job to get it over with. Would not recommend it and will not go there again.

Used to go to this dentist when I was younger. The dentist Ventura made very unpleasant visits where she told me that I had a root canal to be done of my front tooth. After visiting another office for a second option, I was told that my front tooth was not a root canal but a big filling was needed. I am not 3 years in after my filling, happily without a root canal and my own tooth still healthy. She also constantly tells me to stop spitting when I was basically drowning in the water she was putting in my mouth. She is also the reason my root canal got infected and I lost my tooth. She measured my impression wrong and I had to wait weeks for the new cap to come in. Avoid this dental office, they make constant mistakes and are very rude and a bunch of liars!
