Receptionist very rude and they are there to make money. There is lots of great doctors that actually want to help. I don't mind paying at all but I felt like I was there to get ripped off big time.

Receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude. Was there because of root canal consultation. They are there to make money and not have any care for the patient. After the visit, she said I owe $175. I said insurance should pay for 80%. She said that's not how it works. I said how much did you charge my insurance, she $240. So I said I would pay 20% with is only $48. Again, she says "that's not how it works". Messing with the wrong guy ladies. I work in insurance and know how it works. Anyway, never ever going there.

Both me and wife went there with the recommendation of our dentist. What we experienced was dishonest, untrustworthy and rude receptionist. Dr. Wu over charged both me and my wife multiple times(she made us pay co-pays where she wasn't supposed to). Then we had lots of back and forth to her office but unfortunately her receptionist was a rude and terrible person who ignored us and even hang up the phone on us. So we had to complain to our insurance company and after 6 months we got our overcharged out of pocket money back. They are just terrible! Don't go there

Dr Wu is the best! No one looks forward to a root canal!! But, if you do need this treatment, I recommend Dr. Salina Wu. She is highly skilled, and precise. She ensures you are comfortable and pain-free during the procedure. She is affable and friendly. Her staff is also pleasant. Dr Wu's office assistant, Joan, is always helpful, accommodating and friendly. I have been treated there a couple of times and if the need arises in the future, I would go back to Dr Wu. I am comfortable and confident with the treatment I have received here.

I've only had great experiences here -- for me and my son. I actually fell asleep during my root canal -- no pain at all. And the receptionist has always been really friendly and helpful.

I was referred by Dr. Mark Rosenstein (highly recommended). He had glowing praise for Dr. Wu simply stating that, "she's the best" and "knows her stuff cold." I can tell Dr. Rosenstein's remarks were genuine. Unfortunately, I never made it past Joan the receptionist - very curt and rude with an unnecessarily abrasive attitude. I have no doubt that Dr. Wu is well beyond proficient but she should consider finding a new "gate keeper." Businesses often fail to realize the importance of who they choose as the first point-of-contact for their potential patients/clients. Called back to cancel my appointment as I couldn't bring myself to do business with Westchester Endondontic Care after such a negative interaction with reception - I'd rather settle for second best.

This lady is a money hungry, will NEVER go here again, she will kill off your dental insurance and then charge you again, from what I've seen all New York dentists are nothing but a bunch of crooks, I now go to Connecticut where all the dentists is or at least most of them are honest and won't overcharge you and your insurance

Dr. Wu was nice, but the receptionist was unreliable. She changed me almost full price of my consultation even though my insurance coverage was 80%. I asked her about it, but she didn't explain well, just said "there were somethings that the insurance didn't cover" A few weeks later, my insurance sent me my benefits statement, and they DID cover 80% of the consultation. I called and told her about it, then she just sent me balance amount of a check with no apologies. If hadn't called & told her, she wouldn't have done anything.

Dr. Wu is such a great and caring dentist! I had a serious root canal done and I suffered some discomfort. Dr. Wu apologized many many times for making me uncomfortable. Watching her and her assistant during the procedure was amazing. The two are like a machine. I was thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend her.

Very gentle. If you ask her a question, she really takes the time to explain the issue. Root canal is never fun, but Dr Wu and her team take their time to make it as easy as possible for you. Highly recommended.
