Just wanted to give a shoutout to Dr. Blaeser and his team of nurses and administrators. Not only is he the very best, but the professionalism of his staff is exceptional. Any question you might have is duly answered both knowledgeably and patiently. So, if you, or a loved one need the best of care then I highly recommend Peabody Oral Surgery.

Everything was explained thoroughly and all anesthesia options were carefully outlined. I was so well informed, I didn't have any questions for them. The procedure was quick and pain-free. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

I recently had a tooth extraction under sedation, and Dr. Jurgens and her team were excellent ! I'm not the easiest patient, but Dr. Jurgens and her team put me at ease and did everything they could to make me relaxed and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I needed anything done again. Dr. Hoeman was just awesome too, as the anesthesist, and Katie the medical asst, thanks to all ! - Lisa Galvin Stanton

I never seem to be waiting long in the office. Some doctors type appointments you make and end up sitting there for an hour past your appointment before you are seen. Not this place. Quick and timely. And very friendly. I've only had two appointments so far but very nice and quick. I'll update after my surgery!

Bart Blaesser is great. The admin and back office is less than desirable. They don't know their insurance plans and give confusing/wrong information only to change them at the last minute so you are left scrambling to identify new dentist. If it were a routine dental visit then there is time to do that but not with oral surgery - presumably you need it taken care of sooner than later hence, last minute appt cancelation because they did not do their diligence is disruptive,. My suggestion is don't believe what their back office or billing says (they don't know what they are doing) but insist that they check immediately before you make the appt. That forces them to do their work and not leave you hanging. So moral of the story, Bart Blaesser great, his back office not!

I really recommend Salem-Peabody Oral Surgery. My daughter had a great and pleasant experience when they removed 8 of her baby tooth at the same time. Great anesthesiologist and doctor. The staff really friendly. It was a great experience instead of a painful one for my baby.

The procedure went better than I could have possibly wished for. The entire staff from admissions, to prep work, explaining the whole procedure, answering all my questions, was the best I have ever experienced at a health care facility.

If I could give them no stars I would. These people are absolutely awful. They don't know what the hell they're talking about. There's no communication at all. The receptionist needs to be fired. Rude, lies then denies it. Then you talk to someone else and they feed you a bunch of bull. This place is very unprofessional. Everyone but the surgeons should be replaced. If my husbands employees acted like that they'd be fired or on suspension with no pay.

Great experience. My little one needed a baby tooth removed. She didn't shed 1 tear thanks to the staff here. The whole process was quick & painless. It really was in & out. Chris the anesthesiologist was really great with my kid, made her laugh the whole time. Definitely would reccomend parents to take the little ones here if needed.

I highly recommend Salem-Peabody Oral Surgery. I have had the privilege of visiting twice- once for myself and once for my son. Both times I've been impressed with everything about this place: the professionalism, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, organization and efficiency, and just the overall experience. My most recent visit for my son proved this all to be true again, but I will add that I was ***absolutely blown away*** with the compassion and care he received. His anesthesiologist explained everything clearly and appropriately to us, and threw in dad jokes at every opportunity. This instantly put my son at ease and was so incredibly valuable and appreciated by both my son and I. The rest of the staff was also experienced and compassionate- my son received an abundance of encouragement and reassurance throughout his entire visit, which was needed and appreciated! I highly recommend this place.

I've been a patient three times of Dr Blaeser, and couldn't ask for a better doctor. Both the Dr. and the staff are excellent. They are very professional, but at the same time they are very down to earth, making sure you understand the procedures, and treat you with the utmost respect. I can't say enough positive things about this group.

This is a very unprofessional practice. The doctor I met with ran through the surgery a mile a minute did not care whatsoever about my concerns. The nursing assistant was also rude. I came in for the sole purpose of having a 3-D x-ray. They told me they did not have time for at least another half hour and they didn't see me until 30 minutes past my appointment time. They also told me there would be no fee and then proceeded to tell me how expensive the x-ray will be even with my insurance. They lied to get me in the door. Do not attend this practice!!
