Do not go here, will not fill in ur "minor" cavities and does not know how to properly fit a crown. Bad crown gave me TMJ for months until I requested that she change it. Crown removal is not pleasant so find someone that does it right the first time.

I can't say enough great things about my experience here! I've been afraid of going to a dentist for years. From the minute I inquired with Salem Family Dental Care, I felt comfortable. You can tell immediately that everyone on staff - from the front desk team to the dental team - genuinely cares about your experience.They take time to answer any questions on the procedures and insurance and are super helpful. They are well educated and kind! Most importantly, (to me) they make sure that you aren't anxious during your appointments. The appointments have been quick and painless. As someone who has avoided dentists due to fear, I highly recommend making an appointment here. The office is clean, quiet and overall has a welcoming energy that will make you want to return!

My experience here was phenomenal! I had a wonderful experience here and I will tell you why. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and had a good vibes, also they have parking for the patients which is a great. One of the things that I like most is the service I received by dr Chawla , she is very professional and knows what she is doing. I got a crown done and root canal and my experience was amazing. The professionalism is across the board so I highly recommend it and definitely I will come back again for regular visit.

This dental office was literally LIFE SAVING. I was suffering from Sleep Apnea and I was referred to see Dr. Bansal (Orthodontist). She was able to offer me a consult and a great referral to Boston Oral Surgery where I underwent Double Jaw surgery. I lost 25 lbs, I don't snore anymore, I don't use a CPAP anymore and my quality of life has dramatically changed. Secondly, Dr. Chawla has been working alongside my oral surgeon and Dr. Bansal for my other dental needs. Very compassionate doctor, amazing knowledgeable staff, and the front desk is on top of scheduling. Highly highly recommend this office. Don't hesitate to at least get a consult and see for yourself!

This is not my normal dentist. I needed an emergency extraction so I called to see if they had availabilities. I was so grateful they did. There was a broken tooth they could have seen needed to be extracted but they took an X-Ray of it anyway. The dentist came in, looked at the x-ray, then at my teeth, and asked: "what happened." I suppose she expected me to have answers about the tooth decay in my mouth because she asked me "what happened" two more times. It was very embarrassing; surprise and disgust in her voice was dehumanizing, as if she were looking at pictures or something. She didn't DO ANYTHING for my pain. She gave me a referral to a dentist in Everett (who closed an hour after this appointment). I am going to call my insurance company about this because I truly feel it is fraud! I told the receptionist that my dentist wasn't available until Wednesday and I needed an emergency extraction! She should have expressed that an extraction couldn't be done but instead took my money and LEFT ME SUFFERING! If this is not your usual dentist and you are in emergency pain, DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU IN ORDER TO GET YOU IN AND LEAVE YOU IN PAIN WITH NOTHING MORE THAN A REFERRAL!

This is the best dentist,that I have had.When I visit them I feel secure because they are super professional. The office is immaculate clean. The place is organized.The environment is very nice because you feel confident. All staffs handle you with respect. And something very important my dr is so amorous,is always trying to help me,very sweet and compassionate person.I recomend to everyone Salem Family Dental you will feel as home. They are super professional I am very happy with my brakes and the result,that I may see.They are the big difference!!!

I can't believe that I don't get anxious about going to the dentist anymore. The staff here is very friendly and most importantly the doctor knows what she's doing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone there is so friendly! My teeth were so bad, I was embarrassed to smile. After they were done with me, my teeth looked absolutely beautiful. I didn't recognize them. Now I smile with confidence. This is the first time, in a long time, I'm smiling with my teeth. I love this place!

They charge a $25 "record duplication" fee which just means they charge you a fee for you to get your OWN medical documents. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and just slimy. I had to move away for work and obviously go to a different dentist and they said it "applies to everyone." I've changed dentists many times and no one has ever charged fees like this before. Steer clear!

Absolutely amazing dental care! When I went to get braces, Dr. Bansal and her team really took the time to explain every procedure and were available at a moments notice to respond to any issues I had. Can't recommend this place enough!

Just had several extractions was nervous at first but I swear they made me feel so relaxed and they're very very professional .. I strongly suggest visiting here LAST so you can truely see the DIFFERENCE and the BEST!!!
