Hands down the best dentist experience I've ever had. Gentle, kind and extremely patient with my dental anxiety. The whole office has a great vibe from the kind front desk staff, including the cute puppy, to the the water feature that creates a soothing sound effect during your exam. Thank you for making me feel so relaxed and taken care of. #dreamteam

From the front office staff to Dr. Higgins and Elizabeth the hygienist, everyone was friendly, professional, and put me at ease. So happy I switched dental offices! PS- they have a whale!

I was always satisfy with their service, but not for this time. After they cleaned my teeth, the dentist H told me, "I GAVE you a toothpaste." She and the front desk didn't tell me that it cost $20 until I got the bill. Such an expensive small toothpaste. I really feel like my benefit was exploited. There was a good dentist Dr Tran, she was really take care of patient and their benefits, but she left. Now the dentist H, she was not only GAVE me that expensive toothpaste, but also pushed me come back for cleaning every four moths. The reason was to prevent tartar, even I have good teeth. I never like dentists that only have an interest to "digging" more money from patients without take care of them. I never like it.

Great as always. The staff is very nice and cares about their patients. They always make sure you are comfortable, and are very informative.

Fantastic, no pressure experience. They are able to list recommended procedures by priority and talk you through the various treatment options.

Despite the unwished for diagnosis and treatment plan upcoming; the first experience was friendly, and professional in a beautiful office. The center of their hexagonal? building featured a BIG breeching sperm whale sculpture water feature, to take the edge off one's nerves. I saw Elizabeth - assistant - and Dr Gallegos, good people. The office is women-run. . .

The office staff was very polite and helpful. The dental tech was great!!! She was as careful as she could be with my xrays as I have extra bone growth, so the clamps for the xrays have to be carefully placed. 0r. Tran was awesome, as she was so gentle and thurough while doing my exam to clear me for a surgery. My dental group didn't have any appointments and Salem Family got me in right away. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist.

These guys made my day! Not only was everyone professional, they simultaneously made me feel comfortable and at home. They get 5 full stars for putting in the effort to accommodate my walk-in and did everything for me in one trip (unfortunately, it was a lot ) before my abrupt mobilization out of state. I was even impressed with their efficient check-in process. If I had a choice, I would make them my permanent dental clinic!

I have a difficult time at the dentist due to previous experiences. I always feel so comfortable here. I have had and still need some work done on my teeth and I couldn't ask for a better experience than what I have had. My dental hygienist is amazing! Thanks for the great work, Debbie!

Wow! I just moved to Salem, and needed an emergency appointment. Not only did they fit me in on the day I requested online, they were able to take care of everything the same day. The office is spectacular, with the rooms facing a sculpture of a breaching whale with a fountain. I've never seen anything like it, and the kindness of the staff together with the soothing atmosphere made the whole experience a positive one.

The wonderful team at Salem Family and Cosmetic Dentistry always make your visits a true pleasure. The professional and kind staff make you feel relaxed and well taken care of during your dental appointments. The lovely ladies in the reception are also very kind and helpful with any information or questions you may have. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for people with previous bad experiences or fear of going to the dentist. They really care about their patients.

I've been going here since I was a little kid and I'd never leave! Everyone is so friendly and nice. I've never had a bad experience! I always leave with sparkly clean teeth!
