I should have written this sooner but life happens. In April of this year I needed a root canal and Dr. Murata was referred to me by our general dentist practitioner. Before scheduling my consultation, I vetted a few other surgeons in Salem and noticed several patients mentioned how tremendously gentle and comforting Dr. Murata and his assistant were. That's why Google reviews are so important. To Dr. Murata's patients who shared about their anxiety for dental work, Thank You for your testimonial as it made a difference for me and I'm sure others! Dr. Murata is a thoughtful, thorough and extremely sharp surgeon. Never judge people by their age, Dr. Murata has impeccable skill, experience and knowledge and is very systematic in his approach for the consultation, as well as the root canal procedure. The numbing injection was barely a pinch! Once I was numb, they made me as comfortable as possible and I almost fell asleep during the root canal. I was able to relax knowing Dr. Murata would tell me every step along the way. It was extremely reassuring! My procedure was done ahead of schedule and recovery was issue-free! I also want to give a sincere shout out to his Assistant, as she was equally caring and efficient throughout the process and clearly loves what she does! The front desk staff are also very personable and caring and work like a winning team. Of course, I recommend Dr. Murata and Thank him and his team for an outstanding experience!

The procedure was completed quickly and nearly pain Free! The doctor was very considerate asking how I was doing and explained everything he was doing. The whole staff were great

It was my first root canal ever and the staff at that office are so friendly and nice. I would recommend all my friends and family to go to them. Thank you for fixing my tooth and getting me out of pain.

I am normally so anxious and uncomfortable at this type of appointment. The Dr was great and I was so relaxed. The assistant was wonderful too. Great staff and they really listen to their patients.

I wen't in the morning to get a appointment with intense pain and I got one at 3:30 the same day for a scan and Doctor Bayat ask me would you like the procedure done now I was in shocked now and he done it and over with . I could not believe that and everyone was sharp ever question I asked they new and they took there time there never rude and sharp knowing everything could the fast service so friendly. could not believe the service .and so happy great place to work from chuck

Dr Diaz is very gentle with the procedure and always ask if i have pain and doing alright. I was a little bit nervous at first because of the trauma i had with the previous dentist, but during the procedure my nervousness vanished. All the staff are friendly.

My 9 year old was seen by I think, Dr Batay, and he was wonderful! Awesome experience, easy, well explained, great treatment and very good with me kid. Highly recommend!

Because of reoccuring tooth issues, I've used Dr. Murata's several times. Fortunately his kindness and competence made the best of difficult and painful circumstances. On each visit, he's gone out of his way to show great concern and care, explaining each step of the way what he's doing. I consider him the best of the best! Likewise, every one of the clinical staff have been sympathetic and super to work with on every visit. The office staff are definitely not warm and fuzzy, but then they aren't the ones giving the care, so that's easy enough to overlook. After all, they're the ones that have the nasty job of collecting the money. Bottom line, Dr. Murata is the best of the best!

I have been seen for 2 root canals and repair that saved the tooth AND the tissue around it. I HIGHLY recommend Salem Endodonic Associates They ARE SKILLED, and KNOWLEDGEABLE & have WONDERFUL AND FUN STAFF

I was so lucky to have been referred to Salem Endodontics when I needed a root canal last week. The office staff was awesome! Dr Bayat was amazing!! He had my root canal completed in 40 minutes!! I've had zero pain! Lucky me (haha) I get to go back for another root canal! At least I get to go to an awesome office!!! Thank you Dr. BAYAT

All of the staff that I have come into contact with have been friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Murata! He is kind, courteous, gentle, compassionate, and explains everything he is doing and what needs to be done in the future. He even warned me that he was coming up behind me when he was entering the room. You will be well taken care of here.

Throughly professional and efficient with my time while maintaining a welcoming, friendly and calming atmosphere. More patient "face time" than I've come to expect in a medical office. Clearly open to, solicitous of, questions about the procedure. Their explanations were comprehensive, understandable and respectful of my comprehension. Before starting, they asked if I was ready. During the root canal procedure Dr Bayat frequently asked about my comfort and made a modification that enhanced my comfort. At the end of the appointment Dr Bayat thanked me "for being a good patient." Small courtesies that make a big contribution to having a good experience. The root canal itself was painless, even after the anesthetic wore off. If you need a root canal, based on my experience, I highly recommend Salem Endodontic Associates, it's a first class service organization..
