You see, the practice was started by Dr. Mike 30+ years ago, and he knew to have successful practice he needed more than great dentistry, he needed to form relationships. Dr. Mike said he wanted to make his patients his friends and treat them like family. These values were passed along to his two sons, Dr. Jason and Dr. Todd, and they have instilled it in the other six doctors and all staff members here at Sala Family dentistry. We want to serve you just as we would serve our mother, son, uncle or sister.
The staff at Sala Family Dentistry is not just trained clinically but also on customer service, we look to other companys who are well known for their service like the Ritz Carlton, Disney, Apple and Amazon for learning opportunities, and do our best to emulate not only their level of service but their conveniences as well. Dr. Brandon prides himself in providing the highest standard of care for all the patients he treats and enjoys all aspects of Dentistry. He is an avid outdoorsman and when hes not caring for his patients he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, camping, traveling, and all other types of outdoor activities.

Dr. Jason was born and raised in Reno and is a 4th generation Nevadan. He joined his fathers practice in 2003 and welcomed his brother in 2004. He received a bachelors degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. Dentistry is one of the passions in Dr. Jasons life, and the other is his family. He loves being outside with his wife Lynsey and their 3 children Addison, Sawyer, and Colin. Sharing his love for the Sierra Nevada Mountains with his family is how much of their time is spent, and they can be found most weekends exploring the local mountains beauty. Their favorite vacation place is the Florida Keys and the enjoyment of both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. Dr. Jason also enjoys mountain biking, skiing, golfing, exercise, and travel.
Dr. Jason focuses on implant, cosmetic and family dentistry in a warm and friendly environment. He is zealous about staying on the cutting edge of dentistry and has proven this by becoming a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Less than one percent of dentists in the United States have received these distinctions. Through this commitment Dr. Jason has learned the latest techniques in implants, cosmetics, and lasers. Dr. Jason is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Nevada Dental Association, the Northern Nevada Dental Society, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Not only is Dr. Jason interested in his education, but enjoys educating others as well. He and his brother have been teaching dentists and other medical professionals from all over the United States, Canada, and Europe on how to improve their patient care since 2011. He also has been featured several times on News Channel 8 Health Watch and in the Reno Gazette Journal. Teaching children the value of good oral health is something he believes is incredibly important and each February he volunteers his time to teach elementary students at local schools.
Dr. Todd was born and raised in Reno and is a fourth generation Nevadan. Dr. Todd received a bachelors degree from the University of Nevada Reno. He followed his familys legacy and attended the University of Louisville, a school that graduated his brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Dr. Todd prides himself on making all his patients feel comfortable while in his dental chair. He loves people and welcomes the opportunity to have small children to older adults in his practice. Dr. Todd continues to stay up to date on the latest trends in dentistry and has recently been admitted as a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He stays up to date by completing over the required continuing education requirements, in an effort to provide Nevadans with the most comfortable dental practice and techniques possible. Dr. Todd is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Nevada Dental Association, Northern Nevada Dental Society and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He participates in the Northern Nevada Dental Health Program which offers dental care to children in need. He educates local elementary students on dental health and has been featured on news channel 8s medical minutes for the current trends in dentistry. Dr. Todd is proud to be a Nevadan and happily makes his home here with his two children Luke and Gwen and his wife Tara. In his spare time he enjoys the Nevada outdoors, photography and spending time with his family.

Five star experience at Sala Dentistry! Dr. Josh, Tricia, Tiare, and the oh so knowledgeable Joe made my nerve racking experience one to remember. They each took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Then to my surprise, Dr. Josh calls after work hours to make sure I was feeling alright. Top notch service, and an extremely caring staff! Congratulations on finding such amazing employees!

I just finished my treatment with Invisalign and have to say that I am more than happy with my results. Dr. Jason, Jessica send the entire Sala team made every visit a pleasant experience. They truly work as a team and support and encourage each other. No attitudes or RBF in this entire office. Professional, personable and a completely enjoyable experience EVERY TIME!! They are truly like a family and treat their patients with compassion and respect. They make going to the dentist something to look forward to. And the results are AMAZING.

Love love love ! My son is 2 and first time going to a dentist so it went how you would expect for a 2 year old but the doctors were absolutely amazing ! So nice, so patient with my son just GREAT GREAT service from the start. Happy to say that this is now our forever family dentist

Sala Family Dentistry is top notch! I've seen Kandice every 6 months for at least 7 years and I always look forward to seeing her. She's the best! Dr Justin is so very personable and does an outstanding job. Tricia at checkout was so friendly. My previous appointment I had a crown and an implant put in and they did such a great job, I don't even know they are there!

3rd visit, and still absolutely loved my visit. Had my teeth cleaned by Destinee today, she was amazing,kind, funny, and very professional. Highly recommended this office! Everyone in it is professional, and makes you feel at home!

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys! Dr Josh does all the work for me and he is so kind and always takes time to talk to me and to make sure I am doing well during my visits. I've never experienced pain or discomfort during a visit here, and I used to experience a lot of dental anxiety but I can always go in and trust they will take great care of me. On top of that all, the visits are always quick and they don't waste your time. Seriously would recommend everyone go here!

Greatest dental office experience in my long life. My hygienist, Destinee, is the very best. Painless and so positive. A joy to be with. Dr Justin did the review of X-rays and answer all questions. The entire office is unbelievably professional, proficient and positive. I always feel upbeat and confident about my visits. I'm there for life.

Dr. Justin, Dr. Whitney, and Jason were wonderful for my entire visit. They were all incredibly patient and helpful with all of my questions and obviously cared about their work. I left feeling a lot better about future appointments!

Dr. Ryan and Leslie are amazing!! They were both great with my 8 yr old son. They asked how I prefer to get information about his exam and I like all details regarding the dental treatments he needs and why. This helps me to better prepare my son for the next appt and he did amazing. They both explain and let my son know what they are going to do so he is informed. I'm very happy with this office, staff, service and communication. Highly recommend Dr. Ryan and Leslie.

Sala Family Dentistry is THE best dental office in reno. I honestly get excited to go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned, and to see my favorite hygienist Destinee. She makes my cleanings so much fun and we laugh the entire time. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and if you're looking for a new dental office I'm telling you your search is over!

I wouldn't recommend unless you want to be harassed by their office after giving them all of your correct information. They seem very incompetent to find policies. You basically have to do their job for them. I haven't even stepped into this office and I've already had a bad experience.

I was just there and I have to say Dr. Morales and Lauryn were amazing! Quick and extremely efficient. Becky at check out was a hoot! I love checking out with her. If you need an awesome dentist and an even awesomer FD gal than Sala is the place to go!
