So far, it's been a great pleasure to begin meeting Dr. Whitmer's patients. If you've been a loyal patient of the OCE for the past 30 years, you and I both know she took excellent care of her facility, staff and, above all else, her patients. I see no reason to change that I get that change is not easy!
My Dad had been in the area for 40 years, when we collectively decided it was time to close the doors of the original practice and relocate to Santa Clarita, where I grew up. My parents live down the street, and my Grandma lives next door to this OCE.
My name is Mayra Dominguez. I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program in 1996 and have enjoyed working in different areas of dentistry for over 25 years, including general, restorative and orthodontics.

homegrown, well-educated, compassionate- speaks to the level of care and attention one gets when visiting and receiving dental services from Dr. Oyama and her staff, highly recommend for everyone - beautiful view from your patient chair is a huge plus

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Oyama is incredibly kind, explains procedures well, and does not upsell on unnecessary procedures. I feel extremely comfortable with her care.

I love this place . I was recommended by my best friend to check out this place . She is picky with her dentists and she doesn't trust anyone but this dentist . The receptionists are so friendly and accommodating to scheduling my appointment . When you walk in you are greeted by the front desk and they take your temperature and follow all covid protocols .The inside on the place looks so amazing with all wide windows in each chairs . Each patient has a nice view of the open space to the outside . I like how the office looks so clean and sanitized. They also has medical graded air purifier throughout the entire office so I feel safe . Dr Oyama is so professional and kind . She explained everything throughly and made it easy to understand . She also has a lot of knowledge in her field with many years to back her up . I also saw her certification and she graduated from UCLA so my mind is content . The best part of the office is their attitude . The office staffs and the drs goal is to help me and to fix my teeth . They explained why it was important to floss and coming in every 6 months to maintain my smile . They are very conservative as well . They inform me of which side to brush more on and where. She will watch a tooth if small cavity , than to just do a filling . I appreciate that she is looking out for me . The cleaning and exam was very gentle . I enjoyed my visit here and will see her in 6m :)

I highly recommend this office. The office is big and nice, the Doc and staffs are professional and courteous. I had a positive experience. I had a lot of walk done and we were finished in a few days and comes out very good. Time + affordable.

Dr. Oyama is an exceptional dentist. I myself am a dental hygienist and I can tell Dr. Oyama takes great care of her patients. Most importantly, she is very skillful and knowledgeable in her field. Had 2 fillings done and they look and feel great. Dr. Oyama explained to me all of the procedures and walked me through every step of the treatment. I recommend Dr. Oyama all family members.
