The office staff is always so nice and we've been seen immediately whenever there is a challenge. Both our sons are going through treatment at the same time and they try to accommodate their appointments together as much as possible.

Dr. Sakowitz and his team have provided care for both my sons for over two years now. We are still treated with the same genuine welcome from the office staff as we received our first visit! We have always been able to get in/out of appointments in a reasonable timeframe and this is so helpful with a busy family schedule. The office is never overcrowded and always very clean which is big on my list but the most important factor for me is knowing my children feel happy and comfortable every visit! Dr. Sakowitz and his team honestly do an amazing job providing thorough patient care and at making not only the patient but the whole family feel like they are in the best of hands!

If I could give Dr. Sakowitz and his team more stars I would. As a adult who needed braces for the first time, I procrastinated for years until my consultation with Dr. Sakowitz. I was impressed by his approach, treatment plans and estimates, and his empathy towards someone doing this for the first time in their mid-thirties. From there, my experience only got better. The office in Hamlin is bright, clean, and never crowded, and I was always in and out of my appointments in no time. The best part is the atmosphere the entire staff creates - they seem to genuinely like and care for each other and that created a happy and relaxed environment. I seriously looked forward to my appointments. If you are an adult who is thinking about braces, go to Sakowitz Smiles! I also never saw an unhappy kid there over my 1+ year of regular appointments, so safe to say it's a good choice for kids too!

I love this office! Everyone is super sweet, it's a clean and fun atmosphere, and I'm horrible about being super early (I drive from far away now after a move), but they always get me right back so I'm in and out. Dr. Sakowitz is really nice and easy to talk with too. I've been coming here for just over a year for my Invisalign treatment and it's always a great experience! 10/10!

Everyone, without any exception, was so professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient-- from the person that I spoke with to make my appointment, to the person that I checked in with at the office, the technician doing the scans/ X-rays, office manger and Dr Sacowitz! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, that any patient will feel welcomed and care for when interacting with this office. And the icing, is that the office is new, sparkly clean and modern.

I have had four children go through Orthodontic treatment in various states. Our youngest just finished treatment here and this has been by far the BEST experience and care. Professional, kind and the entire staff makes it fun! If you are researching where to go for the best care . I'll make it easy for you. Choose them!

Honestly, Sakowitz is a very good and perfessional place to get your braces done ! Not only is DR.sakowitz know what he's doing but the quality of the braces are VERY VERY good! And sakowitz's staff team are very polite , and nice especially leidy! She was super helpful with me and my family ! She definitely deserves a raise , 100 stars!

Oh my gosh! What a great experience! I absolutely love this office! Not only Dr.Sakowitz is the most awesome orthodontist ever! I love how everyone in this office treats me like I'm part of their family. I love the cool colors I get to pick every time I go for my braces appointment! I recommend everyone in town to go to Dr. Sakowitz and his amazing team! Looking forward to my beautiful smile.

Dr Sakowitz is truly professional. I was a patient at his Lake Nona and Hamlin offices. I must say he takes a hands on approach keeping you informed throughout the process.
