Dr. Savage was born in Louisville KY. Dr. Savage completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville, and also earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. He completed one year of advanced education at University Hospital in Louisville where he worked with specialists in prosthodontics, emergency care, oral surgery, and obtained certification in laser dentistry. Dr.Savage has earned Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and is an academy member of Cerec Doctors which specializes in all areas of digital dentistry.
Angie is from Rutherford Country North Carolina. She graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College with an Associate in Health Science in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys going to the beach and fishing. She has 2 adopted cats Miss Kitty and Boo Boo.
Brittany graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in 2012. She stated working with Dr. Savage shortly after graduating. Brittany enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with friends and family. She is also very active in the church community and teaches Bible school on Sundays.
Karly is originally from Portsmouth New Hampshire, but grew up in Delaware. She moved to Myrtle Beach in 2001 and has since graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2014 with a degree in Marketing. She loves her great dane John Henry and enjoys being at home watching movies and above all else, Mexican food.
Sam is an original Cali girl, but grew up in North Carolina. She moved to Myrtle Beach and enrolled in the Expanded Duty Dental Assistant program at Horry Georgetown Technical College and graduated in 2015. She loves going to the beach, spending time with her dog Bella, friends and family and a good karaoke night.
Kelly is originally from Easthampton Massachusetts. She and her husband Jay moved to Myrtle Beach in 2004. Kelly graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2007 with an Associate in Health Science degree for Dental Hygiene. Kelly and Jay have 2 children Aubrey and Blake. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, taking her Golden fur baby for walks and spending time with family and friends.
My name is Debbie Lammon and I am originally from In, MI, and OH. I moved to SC in 1997 to attend Coastal Carolina University and never went back up north. I fell in love with the beach and the slower lifestyle the south has to offer. I am a part time Hygienist with 12 years experience, a Realtor, and a dog enthusiast!!
Terra is an Horry County native and loves living close to the ocean. She has been married to her husband Chris for 10 years and has three awesome children; Hunter, Christopher, and Kayla. Outside of the office you will find terra soaking up the sun with family and friends at the pool and beach or spending time with her fur baby Sasha.
Elizabeth is a local born and raised in Myrtle Beach. She graduated Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2014 where she majored in Expanded Duty Dental Assisting . Shortly after graduation she married the love of her life David in 2017, they have two Boykin Spaniels, Cy and Marley. In her free time she enjoys running long distances, biking with friends and has completed the Ironman 70.3 in North Carolina recently and is currently training for Ironman 140.6.

I have been going to St. James Dentistey for several years now. I love Dr. Savage and his staff is excellent. Deborah Lammon is my Hygienist and she is absolutely amazing!! I get the Flouride Treatment every time and it is the absolute best! I know it feels sticky at first, but the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience. After the treatment, my teeth look whiter, they feel stronger, and I do not feel any sensitivity! I am so thankful Deborah introduced me to the treatments! I will not go without my fluoride!

Everyone in the office is super kind and welcoming right when you walk in. The staff makes you comfortable and right at home; they take the time to explain things thoroughly and are very professional. I have been coming here for the past few years and would never choose anywhere else for my dental care. The office is always super clean and decorated nicely. It is so convenient making appointments and they are always willing to work with your schedule. 10/10 highly recommend.

Great dentist office! Staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Savage takes his time to talk through all options and make decisions jointly based on your needs. I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs extensive dental work or prone to anxiety around treatments as well as standard care.

As having moved to the area and in pain, I needed a dentist. Dr. Savage and his staff have been so kind and caring, knowing how extremely scared of the dental experience I am. Angie has been wonderful as well as Dr. Savage. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I get the best outcome. I feel more at ease knowing Dr. Savage and his staff will take care of me moving forward with my treatment plan.

They are the best dentists I've ever dealt with. They take their time and make sure that everything is done right and that you're comfortable with how everything is done and how it looks. Always have the best experiences at St. James Dentistry! Debbie, my dental hygienist is awesome! She is thorough and does the best cleanings around! I never feel rushed at my appointments. Dr. Savage is always friendly and takes the time to examine your mouth as well as answer any questions. The front desk are always friendly and I never have any issue with calling them for appointments or other assistance!! So glad I decided to make the switch, love them!!

This is a great office all around. I'm so happy to have found them and highly recommend them! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Jancy, my hygienist, is knowledgeable, thorough, and always ready with a smile. Dr. Savage has a quiet confidence which will put your mind at ease. He is gentle and skilled, taking the time to answer questions and provide assurance. I had a recent crown done and came away from the experience very pleased. I feel so lucky to have found this office!!
