Avoid this dentist office at all cost! Tonya is incompetent and a joke! Their office manager couldn't solve a problem if the answer was right in front of her. Their service is horrible and will overcharge their services! My husband was in pain and we decided to use them because in the past they were great! They are expensive and do not offer quality service! He left in pain and they decided to charge almost $4k. Seriously a joke! Also don't use CareCredit there because trying to get a refund is a nightmare. The clinic, staff, and doctor are all garbage.

I came back to this place because I had been before when Dr. Saifee was still working, he was great and took care of me well. Now that's changed, I wouldn't go back if it was free, the staff was fast to rush me in for some pain, took my X-rays and got me prepped to a root canal. And then with my mouth full of gauze and all the other stuff proceeded to bring me the paperwork, over charging and changing from 24months availability to pay with care credit to six months, without an update on that, and charging me over $4000. Went elsewhere to get the rest of my work done, had to dispute with carecredit to get the correct refund because they couldn't seem to read the itemized bill they provided with all the things to refund that weren't done. I'd pull my own teeth before coming back.

The best ever especially for kids! My son is terrified of the dentist and he's calm here with their loving staff. We drive across town just to come to this dentist.

I love this place... It's clean and they patient and great with my 2 yr and my 5yr even with me and I the worst patient to have..lol I hate going to the dentist but coming here is not a chore... Great customer service from all... They are actually happy you come there and it shows. I know I pass a least 25 different dental offices on my 20min + drive to this place but it's totally worth it....

I love the Saifee Team they are all Amazing and very Professional and the new manager is very thorough and Amazing Today's appointment was fabulous. I love Saifee Dentistry!!! I use to be so nervous to go to the dentist and would have bad anxiety. Denise was so kind and assured me that I would be fine and to give them a chance. I'm glad I did! From the front desk staff to the ones in the back working on patients they're always friendly and make sure you are ok. I recommend them every chance I get!

The most amazing staff ever! I absolutely love Saifee Family Dentistry. We've been going to Dr. Alibhai for 6 years. Absolutely perfect, I highly recommend them to everyone!!!! Thanks for being so amazing Denise at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Anyone who says anything bad about her or this office in general must have stanky breath or something because this place is beyond amazing. I recommend them to any and everyone for any type of dental needs. All 4 of my children go here, and we've seen Dr. Reem as well for Orthodontist needs. My daughter's teeth are beautiful!!!!! I seriously couldn't ask for better service! 10 stars hands down!!!!

I went to Saifee to get my six months cleaning and honestly K wasn't impressed at all. Dr. Shaik It's great and very throughout, but the person who perform the cleaning wasn't good at all. Didn't even felt that my teeth were cleaned at all. Personally I won't recommend this person at all. Thanks!
