Dr. Ganne may be the best oral surgeon I have ever come across in 41 years. She pulled a wisdom and I had minor pain. Incredible, this has never happened before. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Ganne extracted a tooth in which the root had fractured. The entire process was surprisingly quick and completely painless. I would definitely recommend her. She is the sweetest doctor.

Dr. Ganne and the entire staff at Sai Oral were fantastic. I have anxiety and PTSD and Dr. Ganne was so sensitive to that. Her bedside manner was unmatched. Jennifer and all the other gals up front are so friendly and helpful as well. I was incredibly nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed but Sai Oral made it such an easy experience. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Ganne is fantastic, gentle and an amazing person. I had my molar extracted and she walked me through the process and made me feel sooo relaxed. The staff that works with her are amazing. Great office staff front desk. Thank you soooo much

I have really bad anxiety and she makes you feel so comfortable. I was in real bad pain and they worked me right in. She is such a sweet and caring person. She is the best in my opinion. And reasonable. And the staff a are all great. Can't speak highly enough of this oral surgeon

I think this was by far the worst visit I've had in an office, I did not see the actual doctor so this review isn't a reflection of their work, but rather the lack of professionalism in the office. Weeks prior to my appointment I had called and asked if my insurance would be accepted in their office, I gave them the information they requested and they said I would get a call in a day or two, and did not receive a call back until the Friday before my appointment (weeks after the initial call) letting me know they did not collect all the information necessary. I asked when I could expect a call back, I was told later that day or Monday (the day before my appointment), and I did not receive a call. The day of my appointment I called and asked if they had any updates, which they said the insurance would cover the appointment that day, but there could be additional fees IF I had to have anything done. Not receiving the information when I was told I would was already unsettling, but I still made the (long) drive over. The office was very difficult to find, and when I got in it was a very crammed space, not the worse part. The two women sitting at the front desk were being extremely loud talking about patients personal information, when they were talking to them directly and talking about patients with each other. That made me extremely uncomfortable, they had 0 respect for the people there and were acting and talking to me (and I would assume others) very unprofessionally. Even after all that when I was going to be seen there was some how an additional fee, I understand sometimes you can't predict how much the fee would be, however, for a person who had stressed multiple times about insurance, and for an employee that I would hope knows what they were doing I would at least expect a warning about the additional fee, and I was not given one. Over all the employees were disrespectful, unprofessional, and seemed clueless. I will never go back, and would not recommend anyone go there.

Dr. Aziz and his staff put me at ease, communicated clearly and compassionately. Dr. Aziz is very aware of when his patients are feeling the slightest discomfort and addresses it immediately. He did not rush the procedure, he waited until my mouth was completely numb. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. If you need an oral surgeon and have any dental phobia, this is the place to go! They will make sure you are comfortable and are so professional and make sure you feel no pain. Thank you Dr. Aziz and staff.

Pleasant, efficient, orderly & so absolutely caring! I cannot praise this office and Dr. Ganne enough! She immediately saw me & took action and completely healed an almost life threatening situation. I cannot thank her & her amazing staff enough!!

I was very nervous having my top two wisdom teeth removed at 46 years old being that I have never had a tooth removed in my life. They have never bothered me so I was told to keep them in as there was room for them however, one started becoming a little loose and it was difficult to clean food out of it. Dr. Aziz was a perfect choice for this procedure. IV sedation was quick and easy, I didn't feel a thing and came out of it very quickly with no pain afterward. No swelling and no effects from the anesthesia. I have no recollection of what happened or memory and highly recommend wisdom teeth removal by Dr. Aziz and I'm sure any of the other staff is just as great at Sai oral surgery.

Outstanding and caring surgeon and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Ferhan and staff. Recently had surgery and I was treated like family, they truly care. Painless surgery and recovery is going quite nicely. No one wants surgery but if you must have it, book an appointment with Sai Oral Surgery.

If I could give 0 stars I def would! Just to make a appt is completely Absurd. I am 5 months preg and I'm in dire emergency need literally crying over the phone to the staff to plz set me appt. The staff had put me on hold with 3 or 4 different ppl then get back on the phone w a whole other person where I had to RE EXPLAIN Over and over On what my condition is for my 2 top molars that are broken. They referred me to the Halifax emergency room to go see the emergency oral surgeon in which that doesn't even exist! Sat in ER just for them to tell me I need to see a oral surgeon! So I called the office back and waited another 35mins going back n forth with different staff where they claimed to be going back to speak to the dentist and just to re tell me to go back to the emergency room where they do nothing for oral. So Instead of Assessing me over the phoneWhy couldn't have this been done in person

All I can say is AWESOME! Getting wisdom teeth pulled is never fun, but Dr. Ganne and her staff were great! Love her sense of humor and she took great care of my son while he had his teeth pulled! I would recommend Dr. Ganne to anyone needing oral surgery.

SAI Oral Surgery was nothing but accommodating. They were so quick to get me a consultation and scheduled my surgery for the following week. Everyone working there was so friendly and made the experience easy and calming. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Ganne and staff are wonderful!!! I came to her (via my dentist) on an emergency basis as I had a rapid swelling and infection going on. Through her care and consults with her root canal specialist, it was determined that I had an infection in a large Tori (bony structure inside the mouth, protruding from the jaw). She had to surgically cut the Tori down and remove the infected area. A TOUGH procedure to go through, but I did, and Dr Ganne is awesome and detailed. Great follow up care for 6 weeks aftercare. THANK YOU so much!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience here for my wisdom teeth extraction. Very kind staff that were understanding about my nerves towards this entire procedure . I felt so anxious for the days leading up, but the extractions were finished before my anxiety had the chance to fully settle in. I was shocked at how quick and painless it was. I was awake during the procedure, but they had me laughing almost the whole time (no laughing gas either). Excellent bedside manners, and Dr Ganne is awesome! Thank you to the staff here for making me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dental surgery!

Absolutely Incredible - they were able to take my son the Next day - all other places were going to make us wait 4 weeks for emergency infected wisdom tooth surgery - Pleasant - kind - and knowledgeable - they did a great job and were there for us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Sai Dental - Can not say enough good things about everyone associated with this company!

Very Professional and Painless withdrawal of one of my Molars. I have one more to be removed the 19th of August, and I made sure my Dentist made me an appointment with SAI ! They are the Best! Still aint a lot of Fun, but if you have to have it done, they need to do it! Thanks, Ray
