I went there for my tooth crown procedure. I called in the morning to book an appointment and they were kind enough to take a look at my tooth the same day and suggest remedies. Decided to go ahead with them for a new crown and am really satisfied with their service. Also everyone there is really really friendly so would recommend this place!!!!!

Very well maintained office. Great hospitality. Doctor explained the individual components of the insurance in detail and very accommodating in scheduling further visits. Provides in depth explanation of the diagnosis. P.S. Co-worker prepares excellent coffee.

Hello Everyone, I have been coming to Sai Dental over a year and an half. Dr. Madhavi really took care of my bleeding gums. Also, she made me feel very comfortable during the procedures like deep cleaning etc. Her prescribed oral hygiene methods improved my oral health a lot!!

Dr. Madhavi and her team are very caring, accommodating, and friendly. They explain the process to you clearly before starting the treatment process and make you comfortable throughout. They listen to you and answer all your questions regarding the treatment. Highly recommended!!

Doctor Madhavi is a wonderful dentist. My family has been going to Saidental for the last 14 years . She is very gentle, Kind and compassionate. She is very professional and does not try to push extra procedures or services. Dr. Arumilli gives you the quality treatment you need and goes an extra mile putting a shine in your smile . The office has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is accommodating, respectful. We have been patients of Saidental for about 14 years and have always felt very comfortable and confident with the dental care received even during the the tough COVID times.

This is not a dental emergency center they are listed wrong they do not offer any kind of urgent care for dental emergencies go to an emergency room if you are having a dental emergency. They are falsely advertising and will laugh at you for being in so much pain you cry or moan on the phone then they will ask you to do a lot of talking while they refuse to give their location clearly taunting and causing pain they know it hurts to talk during a dental emergency. They are sadists like Little Shop of Horrors movie sadistic dentists who hire and promote sadistic secretaries that will laugh at making you hurt more and they will insist on toxic metals rather than other options In your mouth. They advertise "Immediate Dental Care" but they do not offer any care at the Santa Rosa location at all. Sad dental

First of two sessions of fillings and deep cleaning. Very professional and pay extra attention to my comfort during the session. All procedures were explained with details and they always made sure I understand what was going on. Very happy with the attention, totally recommend it.

Dr. Arumilli did a great job with my first ever dental treatment in a very long time. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. She was helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

If you are the kind of person who is scared to go to the dentist or have had a bad experience else where, SAI Dental is the place for you. Dr. Arumilli makes you feel comfortable through out any procedure and cares deeply about her patients. I am very happy I found her after 6 plus years of hesitation and not going to a dentist. Thank you Dr. Arumilli and thank you to your staff, I look forward to every appointment now.

Madhavi is an amazing dentist and a thorough professional. She has undertaken an elaborate list of precautions and screening procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic that makes every visit as safe and secure, as can be. Would definitely recommend a visit despite the current circumstances, if you have been postponing your regular dental appointments in the past year

The service here is wonderful. Dr. Madhavi is knowledgeable and really cares for her patients, she takes the time to listen to their needs and concerns. Sai dental also had good COVID protocol as they only see one patient at a time and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
