I've been with Sai Dental care for a long time as far as I remember being with them since 2016 right now it's 2021 and they still very gentle and nice to me they're good dentist I liked environment and how friendly and gentle and compassionate it and very respectful all the good stuff they have it from the doctor to the staff member I highly recommend it

I called their office with an emergency on the weekend. Granted I'm not a current patient, but I internet searched for someone and they were on the list for weekend emergency. The girl who answered the phone(I believe Leslie) was completely uncaring to my need. They could not help me until the end of the month. Now come on, my tooth is cracked and I'm in horrible pain & the soonest I could be seen was 3 weeks away. I then asked if they could tell me of another dentist I could call and was told no. I hung up the phone and cried... I've worked with patients everyday for the past 20 years, never have I treated them this way. Horrible patient care, I won't be calling again and I will tell my friends and family of the service I received. Patient care is extremely important and we should always strive to do our best for the patients who reach out to us, going above and beyond. I know I certainly could have used that today!

I was supposed to be seen after my wife for a two minute 3d x Ray. The assistant called me in when the receptionist said no take two other people who came in after me first. I was going to have 20,000 $ worth of implants from their office but will never use them for anything ever again

I had a dental emergency on a weekend and found Sai Dental with a quick local search.
