Every time (4 times now), I schedule an appointment for one time (in the office with them having the scheduled pulled up in front of them) but then come time for my appointment it is 30-90 mins later than what I had scheduled with them

Like dentist! But make sure you do not let them apply fluoride or anything else, they will do it, not ask first and charge you when you are up front. I told the front staff this happened and she just said, she applied it, I will let her know but still costs the same. Seems a a little fishy.

The dentist and staff are nice and the facilities are clean and nice. But I find their communication poor. They told me the time of an appt once and then later told me it wasn't for sure. They didn't give me info about my root canal prior to the root canal. They didn't give me all the information about a payment plan until I asked. The dentist told me I would need a 2 hour break until I could my crown on and the assistant said 1 hour but then I had to come in and sit for a long time. I feel like they should be more clear and upfront and not waste people's time.

UPDATE: You have my information, you can call me. I just called this morning, so why would I call again? I started going to this office about 2 years ago because of the great care they took then. I drive from Tucson. Today I got a call about my appointment, except they had me down for Saturday when it was supposed to be Sunday. I have an email from February 21st with the date and time for the Sunday appointment I made in office. Today the receptionist said they aren't open on Sundays and they don't go by the emails because those aren't confirmed. I just checked and the business confirmed its hours 4 weeks ago which includes Sundays. THIS IS THE THIRD INSTANCE THEY HAVE CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE. The other two times, I thought maybe I had gotten the date/time wrong and cancelled my other appointments to make it to the "one I scheduled." If you go here, just don't expect your appointment to be your actual appointment. You can see other reviews like this.

I have had mixed feelings. The staff is friendly for the most part. However, I have experienced some of the same issues as others. I have had appointments scheduled, confirmed and when I show up they don't have me on their calendar. This last time they asked me to come earlier and when I got there the office was not open. I thought I was being pranked. I had to wait for employees to come to work and then wait to see the doctor, because he was not there. This is after my cleaning the prior week when I waited in the chair for 15 minutes and then was asked if I would wait another 30-45 minutes to see the doctor. I think there customer service is lacking.

I went to this dentist office for my annual cleaning. Once my teeth were cleaned and told I needed extra work for gentavitis, I was left in the chair for an hour with not one person coming in to check on me, and tell me what the next step was. After a hour passed I got up and left, and didn't receive any information from them concerning my teeth until 6 months later, where I received a phone call from them trying to set up an appointment for my 6 month cleaning. They didn't mentioned anything about my gentavitis. I will never used this dentist office again.

I needed an emergency appointment, and they saw me right away. The staff was kind, and the dentist was extremely nice. They were able to take care of the problem expeditiously, with very clear information about my options. Highly recommended!

I called with a dental emergency and these folks got me in within 15 minutes. They took care of me the same day. Wonderful, pleasant people. I highly recommend this dental facility.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I DID NOT receive at Sahuarita Modern Dentistry this morning. This office is an associate office with my primary dentist office, Tucson Spectrum Dentistry, which scheduled me for an appointment this morning at Modern Dentistry to see the oral surgeon that both offices share, as a follow on to an appointment I had at Tucson Spectrum in December. I had to cancel the appointment I originally had with the oral surgeon on Dec 20th due to being ill and waiting on COVID test results. Tucson Spectrum Dentistry was able to set me up to see the oral surgeon at Modern Dentistry this morning, which was the earliest appointment I could get. I received a confirmation email for the appointment on Dec 20th. I had to cancel a class I was scheduled for this morning to make this appointment today. Much to my dismay when I arrived at Modern Dentistry this morning, I was informed that they did not show me as having an appointment and the desk person told me that if they don't receive a telephone confirmation that they automatically cancel the appointment! I work full time and cannot have my phone with me in my office during the day. I have an issue that needs to be resolved, and I had a confirmed appointment. When I have a confirmed appointment, I keep it. I am infuriated by their policy of cancelling an already previously confirmed appointment if they can't re-confirm it. They cost me time and money by cancelling the appointment that I intended to and DID keep! HIGHLY unsatisfactory and unacceptable practice! I will also say that in my experience with Modern Dentistry, their office procedures are no where near as efficient and thorough as those of Tucson Spectrum Dentistry. I will not willingly go to this office again and would not recommend them.

Came here for the 1st time as an emergency visit due to a tooth ache. The front staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. The Dentist and the dental assistant were patient, personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. They are open on the weekends, which makes it very convenient!

I had a appointment at 130pm. After about a 15min wait I was seen and had x-rays taken. Then was left waiting in the dentist chair till 310pm. I left without ever seeing the dentist.
