At no point was I informed that I would need to pay $120 for the consultation and petition my insurance for reimbursement. Not until after the consultation of course when we were forced to pay. Absolute crooks. The technician also seemed to get irritated anytime I asked questions about the process, despite her asking if I had any questions at least three times. The receptionist also asked me to email in information but refused to provide a wifi password. She was asking me to email the referral from the primary dentist, which I still don't understand why they didn't get it directly from the dentist, since supposedly these two dentists offices are close and work in tandem with one another. The office was clean. That is about the only thing I can give Dr. Sahni though.

I was referred to Dr Sahni by my new dentist, after a former dentist did a very poor root canal. Dr Sahni and his team did an excellent job of explaining things, and were very patient and understanding of my symptoms. They completely redid my root canal and I now have zero problems with the affected tooth. If you need a root canal or have complications from an existing root canal, I'd highly recommend visiting Dr Sahni!

I did a CT scan for my root canals. The quality is very good, and Dr. Sahni went through my options comprehensively. I also received the scan months afterwards when I relocated to a new country.

1. Nobody is ever at the front desk. 2. 90% of the time calls go to voicemail and are never returned. 3. If eventually you can get someone on the phone, they schedule an evaluation 2 months away. They do not care if you are in pain. You still need to wait months just to be seen, and then a few more months to start root canal treatment.

I am so happy I was referred to him rather than having a regular dentist do my root canal. I have had zero issues with it years later and the procedure itself was not bad. I was really scared to have it done. He was reassuring and is great at what he does. I highly recommend him and will request I be referred to him should I need any other teeth done. I have read that regular dentists have higher rates of root canals failing. Don't chance it.

Dr Sahni is an excellent doctor and he will put in the extra effort to make sure everything is done 100% correct. Great staff.

The entire staff is very courteous and professional. They always make me feel welcome. I love Dr. Sahni's sense of humour. It takes the anxiety off, and the procedure is done before I know it. My one gripe, however, is that you must confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. No exceptions. I missed their reminder call, due to my phone not being charged. So they had to reschedule my root canal procedure for an entire month later. Thankfully, the quality of his work easily outweighs this somewhat minor inconvenience. On a sidenote, I was a bit surprised, that some patients seem to forget (or at least pretend to forget) that payment is expected at the time of service. So be sure to bring your credit card or checkbook to each appointment, otherwise you'll look silly standing at the front desk trying to explain to the receptionist why you are so disorganized.

Dr. Shani has fixed a number of root canals for me that another dentist wasn't able to fix. The staff and Dr. Sahni are all very nice and great at what they do!!

Dr. Sahni dealt with two unfortunate situations caused by another dentist. He is the best. It was so helpful to have him tell me he expected to find a tooth problem to be the cause of pain I was having after my dentist told me it wasn't tooth-related. The best.

I got a root canal performed by Dr. Sahni about 5 years ago and even today, when I get dental scans, I get compliments on how great that root canal looks!

I got a root canal performed by Dr. Sahni about 5 years ago and even today, when I get dental scans, I get compliments on how great that root canal looks!
