Came in for a consultation and got my Braces the same day! The staff was really nice , the wait wasn't too bad. Felt very comfortable. I will recommend anyone to go there.

great service. great team. They work with all budgets from what I've seen so don't be scared of the expenses. it isn't one of those places you walk into and feel awkward. the staff makes you feel welcomed and they are always open to helping. I really don't understand the negative reviews of this place but there shouldn't be any. Great office @ windermere

Beware: This location will do whatever they feel like and leave you holding the bill. They do not check your insurance for what procedures are covered and what isnt. They will do xrays every time you go in, try giving you a mouth guard when you dont need it, as well as a jaw reenforcement not telling you how much anything costs. They stack all these on each patient for more bang for everyone walking through the door. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Windermere location with low class unprofessional service. 1) waited an hour pass the appt for an exam. 2) they reschedule your appointment 3) errors in billing 4) use the office as daycare 5) don't answer the phones. I'll never go back this place is awful. Reported them to MQB

Sage Dental of Windermere 5122 Dr Phillips Blvd excellent Dental Office! Entire staff is welcoming from minute you walk in. Dr Sherin Thamarasseril & asst Dee very professional knowledgeable Dentist, Sage offers payment plans to help get your teeth in good standing. Highly reccomend this office!

I am amazed with the service provided. I was looking for a dentist to replace my primary dentist who was died a year ago; l strongly believe the Sage Dental is the clinic I was looking for. The doctor there took her time to assess my mouth and gave my dental plan to fix my dental need. Thank you Sage Dental.

The staff is not very friendly, I have been asking for my X-ray for several days with no response, prices are expensive comparing to other location, 950 dollars $ for deep teeth cleaning!!

Would give no stars if possible. Went in to see if a tooth could be removed because I was in pain. They told me I had to have 3 procedures before I could get it done and I had an infection. I had to ASK for antibiotics even though they knew I had an infection. Fast forward I find a new dentist and cancel my appts with them. Then I received an invoice for a missed appt now I keep getting left on hold for 20 plus minutes until I hang up. This is the Windermere office.

I've used Sage in other locations and everything was okay. Now this specific location in Windermere has very bad service, they make appointments and then they call you to reschedule too many times until you get tired of doing this, my first date was back in October 2021 and they are still not able to give me a certain date, maybe june they said...they always say that they only have one hygienist and is difficult, I was okay with this the first time but now I think this is just an excuse. This is a health service, it suppose to be important but they wait until is late to just have a cleaning so they can charge more for a deep cleaning because of all the rescheduling they do. I definitely don't recommend this place to anybody. Save your time and go to another place.

Reschedules appts regularly and doesn't offer a new appt for 3-6 weeks. Not very friendly. Constantly has new dentist on staff. Won't return

I don't know what happened to this place. I've been going here for years but today was the last straw. The issue I had has not been the first time. You make an appointment here way in advance only to find out the appointment no longer exist because the hygienist is on leave. When I called they claim it must be a glitch that I'm seeing the appointment on the mySage.Obi website because that person is on leave and they don't see it on their end. I KNOW FOR A FACT I MADE THIS APPOINTMENT and clearly your site knows. I have had way too many times where they cancelled my appointment or claimed my insurance covers something and doesn't, only to get a bill later on to pay out of pocket. I gave plenty of chances. Way too many so me and my family are going elsewhere!
