Sadly, the new staff at the front desk, but especially the "manager", whose name is Adnery Ferrer, is a disgrace to the practice. Everything started when I called to inquire about a sudden time change in my appointment that was done without my consent. The so-called manager Adnery Ferrer was helpless and didn't offer any solution to the problem but when I arrived to the office and was called inside to see the specialist, I was shocked to hear the many options the doctor offered me that the aforementioned staff didn't even remotely mention. While I was talking with the doctor, I realized that the so-called manager Adnery Ferrer had been sneaking around to overhear my conversation with the doctor during my consultation, which clearly violates the doctor-patient confidentiality but on top of that, when I was done and requested to talk to her in private, she refused and urged me to say whatever I needed to say right there in the middle of the hallway, in front of all of the other patients and doctors, which not only is very unprofessional but overly imprudent and unscrupulous on her end. I went ahead and voiced my complaint about the rude and unprofessional treatment I had received from beginning to end, how they deliberately didn't do anything to help me and even denied me of the options I could choose from. She replied admitting that she had indeed heard my conversation with the doctor and even had the nerve to question why I had asked him what I asked him. Unbelievable. She tried to gaslight me but since I kept my foot down and didn't let her, exposing her unethical behavior, she lost it more and more to the point that she started raising her voice, got out of control and told me I wasn't welcome there anymore. She even expressed disdain, out loud, for the former staff. Her inability to manage anything was clearly exposed. A person with this kind of behavior can't be in charge of anything, especially not a healthcare practice. She doesn't have what it takes to deal with costumers and more importantly, she has no emotional intelligence, which is why she showed no consideration over me or any of the other patients who she, recklessly, made a witness of. Her incompetence is unparalleled. What happened to me was a gut-wrenching portrait of patient abuse. Shame on her. The so-called manager, Adnery Ferrer, is a dishonorable individual and a disgrace to this or any practice for that matter. It is very important for our community to be aware of this in order to prevent more disrespect from happening to other fellow costumers. Please, do yourselves a favor, never visit this location and don't give your business to this practice!

Very disappointed , I had no cavities but yet the hygienist insisted in the deep cleaning which entailed returning several times. I was specific on only wanting a regular cleaning yet her insistence did not allow us to proceed any further therefore I requested to end the visit and go elsewhere to get a general simple cleaning. Sad to say, Sage has lost a patient/customer. Today, I received my cleaning at no objection from another hygienist. I did pay cash, it was an in & out process. Made me think that the possibility of being able to charge my insurance was the obstacle here at Sage. I appreciate doing the survey and it is with no intent on hurting anyone just taking the time to express my observation & opinion, as we are all entitled to. Thank you! Respectfully Pedro

I have noticed that they may not be as honest when it comes to billing and what you have to pay for. Always ask for an itemized bill and call your insurance and see what they cover before you do any dental work.

I was available to get a appointment this location, the appointment was ok... make sure you ask what they are charging you for and also call your insurance to make sure you don't have to pay.. they were charging me for stuff I didn't have to pay for. Usually all dentists offices in Miami do this.

I have been going to Sage Dental for the last 4 years and I can't say enough good things about the practice. The team is very professional, accommodating and cordial. My dental hygienist Noelvis is the best. Top notch. I highly recommend them for every dental need.

Excellent! My visit went by quickly and my teeth feel great. I was recommended only what I need and provided tips on cleaning my teeth healthy. The cleaning at this location is excellent I felt no pain and it felt like it went by so quickly.

The facility was very clean, spacious and easy to find. The personnel were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and very nice. Dr. Cirion was very gentle, patient and took the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions until I was satisfied. Although the need for an extraction and cost was unexpected, it was a very good experience.
