have no clue how this dentist location has this many reviews at this rating, but I strongly do not recommend them. they decided to extract teeth without doing xrays or providing an official recomendation. terrible bed side manners and wanted to change me a service fee for cleaning their office. that's called cost of doing business.

I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist but I really like this place. The staff is so friendly and always professional, the prices are reasonable and they have their own insurance plan, and they don't try to sell me anything that I don't need. Their oral surgeon, Dr. Hu is also amazing! He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out on the same day and I was barely swollen! I'm really happy with this office and their staff.

Rough cleaning; even after I asked to be more gentle, the dental hygienist didn't accommodate to my request. Also, it took nearly a year for me to get reimbursed for a cleaning that was supposed to be free through my insurance. According to my understanding, the claim to my insurance wasn't submitted correctly by the dental office and the insurance only ended up partially covering the expense of my regular cleaning until I called them and Sage Dental West Kendall a number of times over months to try to take care of this mistake. They showed no sense of urgency or helpfulness in resolving my case. Needless to say, I don't recommend the West Kendall location. On the other hand, I can highly recommend Sage Dental of Coral Gables.

I've been a patient with Sage for almost 2 years and coming to west Kendall for over 7 months and they really embrace you like family. They call me by name and talk to me with relationship in mind. I feel well taken care of for my dental and orthodontic needs. I never worry about it my treatments are brushed off because they make it personal :) thank you always Sage family!

so let me first start off by saying I have a fear of going to the dentist & I have a fear of taking x rays. So I go to the Kendall location today at Sage dental on Kendall and 125th as I believe I might have a tooth that needs to be pulled. Walking in I felt very comfortable because the lady in the front was amazing, extremely polite and very helpful so it calmed my nerves a little. But when I got to the back a completely different story!! I asked to speak to doctor first before taking the x rays (I just wanted to ask if there was any way possible to use the x rays they already had on file) she came in and seemed to be upset and agitated by something and as I began to explain to her that I had a fear of taking the x ray she immediately started saying that I was supposed to get x rays every 6 months and that she wasn't going to be able to see me if I didn't take a x ray! Every time I started to talk she would cut me off and tell me that they weren't going to be able to help me because I didn't want to take the x ray, and almost made me feel like they just didn't want to be bothered at the moment and she was being extremely rude about it. For the record, I never said I wasn't going to take the x ray I simply just wanted to ask her if it was possible to use the last x ray that I took at their office and was just trying to explain why, but she never even let me talk. I have no idea what was going on before I got back there before I got there but this doctor is extremely rude & made me feel extremely uncomfortable!!!! It should have been obvious when I walked in and I didn't see not one other patient in there not in the front not in the back nobody, i should have realized something wasn't right. The doctors name is Karen Hernandez Baco and I do not recommend ever!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! They are horrible! After paying $189 for a "VIP Service" they make you come back multiple times for different appointments. I scheduled an appointment online for a cleaning and as I'm arriving to my appointment they tell me that they hygienist was not there. Yet NO ONE called me to reschedule my appointment ahead of time.

Entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to book an appointment and walk out with everything I needed done in the same day. Will definitely be returning for future appointments.

Amazing staff & great doctor & most importantly reasonable prices. The office is well managed! I have been a couple of times and it has always been a pleasant experience
