The technician who took care of me really did a great job. She took time to clean each tooth which I appreciate. She also gave me advice in regards to flossing and brushing. I truly appreciate good people like her.

I'm not usually one to post reviews, good or bad, but I felt like I needed to take the time to express my gratitude to the staff in this office. Every single person at this location, from the receptionist at the front desk, to the nurses and doctors, are nothing but friendly, helpful, and efficient. The office is exceptionally clean and I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes before being called back. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. Special shoutout to Brenda, who handles billing and insurance, for going above and beyond to help contact my insurance over a discrepancy. It's rare nowadays to find any doctor's office or healthcare provider who checks all of the boxes, but I've found it here!!

Took my mother to see Dr. Newman for a consultation. Prior to coming into the office, I made sure that they received all X-rays via email that I sent to them. Long story short, this so-called "doctor", didn't even bother to come in after my mother and I waited for him for an hour. When I decided to step out of the office we were waiting in, I saw him in an empty room on his cell phone scrolling and he seemed more preoccupied than with his patients that were waiting for an HOUR. Turns out, he didn't have a 3D thing to examine the tooth and couldn't even figure out if she needed a root canal done or not. Why he couldn't look at the X-ray and let us know ahead of time, especially since the office lacks the needed equipment is beyond me. Please stay away from Dr. Newman and the staff. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could give them zero stars I would. They also wanted their own X-rays, because doctor "likes taking his own" to rip off his patients. When I told them, not going to happen, they realized they won't be able to scam me into paying for something I shouldn't pay since I already had the X-rays, he decided to not even come in and apologize for wasting out time and for being unprofessional.

The dental part was great but the administration part seems to be disorganized. I received a call from Sage Dental but it was garbled and I have no idea what was said. Then prior to my moms appointment today (Friday) I received a phone call about changing the date and time to sooner (Wednesday). We where waiting for her Dr at the time and agreed to change my time from 11:00 to 9:30 on Friday. A few minutes later the dental office called once again asking me AGAIN to see if I would change her appointment to that day (Wednesday). And I told them no. My Moms insurance paper work says both upper and lower dentures but the gal seemed confused on what that meant "we are getting a full set of Dentures".

I had my teeth cleaned today and I am very happy with the hygienist. Age is friendly and very knowledgeable. I saw the dentist the other day and had a very good check up. I was told that I needed a crown and if I wanted to schedule an appt., I needed to give a $100 deposit. I have had extensive work done in the past, always paid on time and found this new policy off putting.

I went to Sage Dental for my first appointment as a new patient. I am just a 5-weeks pregnant and therefore could not get an X-ray. The dentist therefore refused to see me and would not clean my teeth. I was told I could not get a cleaning until I get a clearance from a doctor for an X-ray and when I expressed wishes not to have any X-rays during my pregnancy, I was told they could not help me. This is the first time I have ever felt discriminated against as a pregnant woman. There are policies and then there is patient care. I would never recommend this dental factory to anyone.

Staff is friendly, but not great with confirming appointments. When I went in for my appointment on Monday after getting a bunch of emails and texts to confirm they said I had to reschedule. I asked why wasn't I informed of this before today and was told they called me Friday...they certainly did not because I checked my phone log and voicemail...nothing from Sage dental. It happened 2 different times back to back weeks. Seems like they relay on the automatic texts and emails instead of calling the patient.

The Oral Surgeon was great staff very friendly. Had three wisdom teeth pulled they made it look easy . Mouth has no pain at all. Thank you.

This place is freezing cold! I always bring a blanket. Ive been going to Sage for about a year now consistently (need lots of work). I had a very bad start, mainly the front desk and billing issues. I also had a very bad dentist but she's gone now and I have a very good one now. The surgeons here are very good as well. What I don't like is there's always 3 patients at any one time, per one dentist. So an appt that should take less than an hour will take double that. Other than that I feel comfortable going to Sage Dental, even though they aren't the cheapest ... at all. Shop around if your looking for cheap dental work, this isn't the place for that.

I'm very happy with my appointment today at Sage dental in West Delay. Everyone was great. Unfortunately I found out I had a cavity. I highly recommend Sage dental.

My wife is the patient. Staff really nice and caring. Dr Romaro hands on dentist and actually called my wife directly to give her information after her consultation. Also the oral surgeon dr Segui who is associated with the practice is very nice and answered questions and provided information regarding the treatment plan. Highly recommend this practice. Also very clean and well taken care of specially in the COVID situation.
