I Have been going to sage @wellington and Dr.Ana Harris has been my primary Dentist for the last 4 years. I won't go to anyone else but her. She is so professional nice and sweet. She explained everything from the beginning to the end . I had so many issues and she has taken it step by step with me . She is the Best Dentist I have ever had. Dr. Harris and the entire staff from Front Desk to her Assistants are awesome! Thank You all for what you do everyday!

My experience from the beginning, cleaning, preparation for root canal, to the final crown was absolutely perfect! Dr. Ana Harris is AMAZING! I'm scheduling for my husband to see her next!

Horrible. Got a consultation and exam done at the West Lake Worth location. Was told I would need an extraction. Scheduled the extraction for a few days later. Arrived for my extraction appointment and, before being seen, they wanted to charge me $175 for ANOTHER consultation for the extraction.. after I just had the exam and X-RAYS done. They wouldn't tell me how much the extraction would cost. They said I would find out after speaking with the doctor during the consultation, BUT I couldn't have the consultation UNTIL I paid the $175 for ANOTHER CONSULTATION. Poor business model. Decided this place does not deserve my business and Immediately called Aspen dental. They gave me a free consultation with X-RAYS and told me it would cost just $205 to have the tooth extracted and were able to do it the same day. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and do not do business with Sage Dental.

I wish I saw the reviews of this place before even wasting my time here. This office location is very dirty and unorganized. I saw 2 different doctors while here, Dr. Stefanczyk and Dr.Harris and the experience was horrible. Lilly who answers calls at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I tried to voice my concerns to Roxy who is the office manager and she didn't give me a chance to speak or a resolution to my filling being so high, instead she wanted to argue. To top it all off, one of their staff members expressed to me during my appointment how this place is unorganized and the staff is rude, this speaks volume for how bad this establishment is. Such a shame :( Edit: They called me to come in and see another doctor, and of course it was a waste of time again, the doctor didn't even examine the tooth, DON'T COME HERE!! This place is a scam and solely looking for money.

I fully regretted ever walked into this place what a waste of time and disrespect from staff that seemed like they're doing us a favor.. I've never seemed an office so disorganized and unprofessional like this place I had an urgency call the day before they scheduled me for next day to just to let me wait for a hour and never been seem after I asked how long more I was suppose to wait was told they had no seat in the back to accommodate anyone and had to continue to wait until one opens so if I hadn't asked about the long wait I'll probably be seating there waiting as everyone in after me was being called in what a terrible unorganized office staff is very unprofessional and care less about you being there and your time. Nether less to say i went home never going back I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Just like all of these other reviews I scheduled an initial appointment for an exam & cleaning. I was told that I had severe gum decay that I needed extra cleaning for a few hundred dollars. I was also getting pushed into getting crowns on multiple teeth that do not need them. I will never visit this place again I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist to get a second opinion and it turns out that I only needed a regular cleaning and one small filling. Please do not use this dental office

I received a card in the mail for a free exam and x-rays so I figured I'd use it for this appointment and go back to my regular dentist for my next appointment. The office seemed a bit dirty (grime build up in the corners of the rooms) but I tried to overlook. Then they said despite the card I had, there would be a $10 charge for no extra services. I told them that was dishonest. They also said I had a cavity which my regular dentist could not find 6 months later. My dad had a similar experience where they said they'd take his insurance but tried to charge him $600 on top of it. Will not go back!

This place is ridiculously unprofessional, so far I am not having a good experience. Back in March I went in for X-Rays and while I was trying to check out the lady in the office was on the phone with a non customer related call, standing there for about 10 minutes and was moved to another lady to be helped and saw the other ladies screen on the Facebook Marketplace. Very upsetting. I ended up getting scheduled to come back for a cleaning in April. The date came and found out they never scheduled my appointment and wanted me to come in 3 weeks later! My mother did not have a great experience coming here either. I'm scheduling my appointments somewhere else. I do not want to receive an email from you guys.

If it would allow me to give zero stars I would! This place is an absolute rip off! I sat for two hours to be told that even with my insurance it would be almost 500.00 for a cleaning!! They told me I had gum disease and would need a deep cleaning.. and refused to give me just a regular cleaning! They did not look up my ins before although I had to give them info prior till they literally made me sit for two hour to give me a sales pitch on a very pricey "plan" I was warned about this place and I should have listened! I should have read the reviews! And im certain I'll get your generic response as I read those just now... please no need you do not strive to meet clients expectations you are a rip off!

Come to this place if you want to be ripped off. My 3 year old came to this location previously for cleanings every 6 months. We had a $99 per year plan with them that included free cleanings. Cool. We arrived for his apt and nobody bothered to inform us of the price changes. Cleanings are no longer included. We paid $153 for someone to brush our 3 year old's teeth (one time service; this isn't like the plan from before). Bunch of scammers with predatory and questionable practices. Never again.

I'm well aware I did not attend ur facilities b4 ur robots responds thinking I'm an easy fix but yet u r all the same bigncorp using same quantity quality serv so unfortunately since ur sis bro company can only except 1 review from me since u all expect beyond bad reviews n instead investing in brand truly making dif in those lives u invest in tech in which avoids ur big biz from having to let to many true reviews pile up and gives opportunities for ur fake bot reviews to level off the playing field on average to not stady 5 but 4.3 4.7 trick those of us who 4 got

Let me start by saying that I really only leave reviews for businesses that I had GREAT EXPERIENCES with. I don't bother leaving bad reviews. But my first visit to Sage Dental was so bad and weird that I felt I had to share. Just as several other reviewers have shared, I went for my initial visit with Sage for the standard xrays, check-up and cleaning but it went off the rails. I was put in an exam chair and waited 30 minutes for them to start doing xrays. I was still okay with this because I figured with COVID there might be staff shortages, etc.. But then I waited another 30 minutes for the dentist. She came in and the first thing she says before even looking at my teeth is "has anyone ever told you that have severe bone decay?" Nope. Not once. And I have been going to the dentist every 6 months all my life. Strange right, but okay, I listened, slightly concerned. She looked at my teeth for a few minutes, said I had no cavities, and then left. A third woman came in and began the sharp pointed exam tool between each of my gum and tooth and telling me that I had severe gaps in my gums that were filled with bacteria and were making my teeth breakdown. I found it interesting that the huge pharmaceutical drug poster in front of my chair just happened to be for a drug that is used for exactly what the two ladies were telling me I was suffering from. But maybe coincidence right? Then came the fun part - the woman brings out an Ipad and puts it in front of my face. On the screen is an itemized contract for a "deep cleaning" service. She asked me to sign the contract. The bill total was about $1000. Confused, I said that I came in for just a basic cleaning that was covered under my insurance 100%. She said that my insurance would cover some of the "deep cleaning" bill so I would only have to pay them about $500 today. I refused to sign the contract and asked them to just do the basic cleaning that is covered under my insurance. She said NO and that she would ONLY do the "deep cleaning" service for my best interest. I got up and left. Other reviewers left similar stories. Sage Dental should be ashamed of themselves.

My teenage son was taken out of school for his dental exam and cleaning appointment. This horrible practice refused to do a cleaning unless we accept the deep cleaning they were pushing. Totally disregard for our right to have our dental wellness we pay for via our dental plan. Stay away. I told my husband to cancel his appointment. I will be warning friends. If you need deep cleaning, do it elsewhere with a practice that respect patients. I sure emailed customer service the next morning, no response as yet . Wasted visit. I will be writing MetLife Dental to complain about this .

Horrible experience. Went in for a root canal and the Endo was horrible together with the office itself. Unprofessional and no manners when dealing with patients. Beware.

My wife and I went to Sage Dental after they assured me they were a HealthPlex provider (my dental insurance company). THEY ARE NOT! According to HealthPlex, they are not a provider, in which case only a fraction of the cost would not be covered. The dentist looked in my mouth for maybe 2 minutes, and then the Dental Hygienist took over. After she was through cleaning and scaling, I paid a total of over $450, as did my wife. Sage is nothing less than a rip-off money mill operation and but for their misrepresentation, my wife and I would have gone somewhere else. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
