I made an appointment for my daughter i gave all information of insurance and she needed a complete exam and they was pointing fingers on who removed her the one lady was rude as hell i will never go there again my daughter missed school and was not givin an excuse letter ... i will continue to go the dentist at greensburg that i take my other daughters very bad customer service very bad experience now my daughter has to continue in pain till her appointment at the other place thank you for no service today 10/10/22 had an appt at 11am so the dentist assistant that was there was the rude one and horrible customer service i wilm be calling hr

The doctors are ok. I was made to wait 1.5 hours because they were short staffed the procedure took less than 10 minutes. They send bills that doesn't resemble the treatment. When you questioned them -the response is the bill came from 'Corporate '... really astonishing listening to the representative on the phone referencing items on a bill you can't see. It would appear the 'corporate office' is sending bills based what the local office tell them.. Waiting on a "corrected bill" -will assess that later.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ORTHODONTIC CARE. I suffered at the hands of 5 orthodontists at this location over the course of two years and have received nothing but permanent damage to my teeth. I'm now disputing for a refund and was not even offered 50% of what I paid after I was told I'd receive a full refund. Not only that but I received 7 consultations resulting in over $5000 of dental and orthodontic work that I will have to pay and sustain for two more years to repair what has been done to me at this office. This place took my highly obtainable dream of a perfect smile and gave me a nightmare and permanent tooth pain as well as jaw damage in return. I cannot voice the disgust and stress that this has caused me. I cannot believe that this is considered professional and I pray that this review saves others from making the same mistake I've made in choosing this office for my orthodontic care.

Showed an hour early to a boatload of paperwork. Then to be charged for X-ray before even knowing my name and to have an appointment just to wait over 30 min no good for someone who doesn't want to go in the first place

The office facility is decent. The staff is not willing to help you if you have questions and make you feel like you are being rude to them for asking. Some people speak spanish but then tell patients they don't. Expect to not get the coverage that your insurance tells you at this place. They charge you for things you don't need. For example: the paper you sign says "antimicrobial" and they say "that is the anesthesia you need for pain". Doesn't make any sense and you feel like you are being scammed. Please find a better place, you don't deserve the struggle of doing them the favor to get treatment here. Best day for everyone!

I got a Root Canal on 7/8/2022 at 11am with Alvi, at first I was nervous. But he handle it professionally and was educative during the process. I'm beyond satisfied, no pain/discomfort after procedure. His assistant was very professional as well and she was very sweet during the procedure, which helped me to calm down. Strongly recommended!

I don't like to write reviews, but this one is necessary. I've never seen anything like this before. Horrible customer service, staff needs training, not everyone on the same page. They do not know their own policies, One person says one thing and the other person says something else. Sage Dental at Waterford Lakes is a disaster. If you have a choice or choices, DO NOT use their services.

This place plays tricks on your. They say they accept all dental Insurance and discount plans. Ultimately you have to pay the full charges. When you sign the plan agreement original charges are 100 times more than average dental charges. Then they discount 60% from your bill. After the 60% discount charges are higher than normal denptal office. Sage Dental advices to get dental insurance from Humana. It is not dental insurance but discount plan. Once you sign the service agreement they take the Humana Dental plan and reduce the amount from the bill. Sage charge you the amount after insurance deduction. Once you receive the service, you pay the amount in the agreement. After few weeks you will start to receive bills. When you enquire with Sage, they have a premeditated answer that insurance did not pay insurance part of responsibility and patient will have to pay by you.The insurance part of the payment. This has happened to many many people. Once you call the Humana , they will say that Humana has an agreement with Sage Dental to grant specific discounts to Humana Dental plans. Ultimately we came to know that to get the clients to their hands they show an insurance coverage having the premeditated plan to trick the patients. Sage has legal people so they think they can get away from these kinds of frauds always. Actually the discount should originated from Sage Dental. In their statements they mentions the regular 60% discount offered for all customers. Later if you ask where it's my insurance discount and coverage they will tell there is a column for discount . They play many tricks on people and they do not have regular staff continually. Every month a new manager and a new staff. They do not response to the agreements and promises made by the previous staff. Be careful of this place. They sent my out standing insurance payment to collection without consulting me. They have no mercy. They act very violent when it come to the collection unlawful fee. Try avoid this place. What they promis never honored. Number one tricksters.

Dr Martinez is a one of a kind dentist. Every time I have an appointment he makes sure he comes over to say hello even if I am not scheduled to see him. Very honest with my dental care. Also very sensitive to my white knuckle visits. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a good dentist ...this is the place...
