I really like Dr. Al-kubaisi and the ladies that work with him. They are the most caring dental team I have ever encountered in my 61 years. I was also absolutely amazed at how quickly and easily Dr. Al-kubaisi was able to extract my tooth; a real pro! I highly recommend Sage Vero Beach!

I went in to have a very loose tooth pulled. They wanted $800.00 to pull one tooth???????? And I have insurance! Feel like I was being taken advantage of. Price in July was $194.00, they said does not include novicane?? WHAT$$$$ I will never go back!!

Office staff and Dentist friendly, office clean, there are hidden costs don't assume anything they recommend is free, got me into the back late for an 11 am appt saw dentist at noon.

First off, I had no problem with my teeth before going to Sage Dental. I was told by the dentist, that I needed two crowns. I was also told by him and the receptionist/ office manager that I was covered by my insurance for the crown. Also that I would be covered for another one the following year after March. Back in November 2021 is when I had this done. I started getting bills in the mail from Sage Dental for a crown that was covered. I called at least 10 to 15 times and spoke to the office manager who told me, that I needed to disregard the bills. Because, on her end, it shows zero balance! After a while of BEING BILLED over and over and becoming tired of calling. It is now May of 2022. Six months later. Finally received a call from someone from Sage Dental and told me I owed over $500 for a crown! This is just half the problem! I had already planned on never going back to this place again. Because, since he drilled in my tooth an added the crown, I may need a root canal! Hard to eat ice cream. Hard to drink cold things. Before I got there I never had problems! Now I owe them money because they LIED to me VARIOUS TIMES, and my tooth is screwed up! All I can say is run out as fast as you can! So you email them, and THEY NEVER EMAIL YOU BACK!

The service in excellent but as a feedback before taking a new patient should be nice to ask..hey you have a PPO plan but WE RE not in network would you like to proceed? Suggestions are always welcome. I d be happy to get a credit for not being informed I was out of network. I never got a call back from the person who was supposed to help me with my bad experience.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They made a spur of the moment appointment for my front chipped tooth. Not only that, but Dr. Al-kubaisi is a very skilled and knowledgeable dentist. I've seen other dentist in the area before finding Sage and Al-kubaisi and this is definitely the place to go. I just hope you don't all read this review and then swamp the place so then I can't get in.

I had the best experience with my Sage Dentist in Vero Beach. My dentist Dr.Al-Kubaisi is amazing and his assistant Jennifer was so kind and caring. They are helping fix my smile and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing dentist !! The staff and the doctor were very helpful with every information and question that I had. Also, it is very clean and that is very important. I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to go back and continue my treatment with them.

I don't normally leave companies reviews nor do I really like the dentist at all... on that note, this was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. I was really nervous about going in but the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick efficient and overall had such a wonderful attitude

(User)- Friendly, accommodating and thorough dental providers!! Their membership plan is a must, for the savings you get. This time my total for cleaning, antibiotics and fluoride was $270. Would have been @ $100 without the extras but I want to avoid cavities and gum dis at all costs!! This was my second visit to the same hygienist and my third hygiene appointment, with 3 dentist appointments in between, all in 6 months. I needed to advance the appointment, and got 1 for less than 24 hours after I called to change. Dr is great*, office staff are great, and hygienists are also. And the business managers at central casting where I called to change my appointment seem to do everything right, from the aforementioned Sage Plan which saves you $ thousands, to the free powered toothbrush they give you when you sign up...I forgot to ask for my replacement brushheads at 6 months, but will definitely remember next time. Little things like this make going to this dentist less of a chore. *I love how his bio-sketch tells you, "ask me first, before you get your tattoo in Arabic!"

They were punctual about getting us in and starting the cleaning. The dental hygienist, Catherine is really nice. So far We've had a good experience with them.

Dental office was immaculate, the visit went super smooth. Dentist, hygienist, and remaining of the staff was very cordial, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!
