Horrible service ladies are very rude and give. U the go around for appointments and referrals. Waste of time and a lot better. Options locally. Glad I Finallyy reached out to see why my grandma can never have things done correctly and takes months. Unprofessional. Highly disappointed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

The worse dental office I ever visited. First appt I waited 57 minutes and finally had enough and left. Today's appt I waited 42 minutes only to be told it will be about another 30 minutes. Really? They have no consideration for patient's time.

I had a deep cleaning and fillings scheduled. I had been calling all week to get the pricing on these services. Not one person picked up the phone. I arrive early ask about pricing, the front desk says another woman in the back will tell me. I go back there, she proceeds to tell me that it will cost nearly 300 dollars. I ask about the fillings and she looked confused, said I didn't have one scheduled. I asked if the dentist I saw last time would be in- more confused looks and proceeded to tell me he already left the practice without warning. Begins to say how unprofessional it was.. She tells me there would be no fillings that day because there was no dentist in to do them. No one told me this prior. Onto the cleaning- I have a very sensitive mouth, and she numbed me. Although I believe she was being physically gentle her bed side manner and attitude were so unprofessional and rude. She kept asking why I was moving or flinching or wincing in pain " I'm barely touching you" and I told her countless time how sensitive I am due to an auto immune disorder having to do with inflammation in my body. She shamed me for not going to the dentist in two years and "don't be mad at me, it wouldn't be this bad had you gone" I got quiet and say there in tears. She was 3/4 done. Her comments were unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude and she showed zero empathy. I would NEVER suggest or recommend any go here. Disorganized, no bedside manner, rough and distasteful.

Don't waste your time. No body there knows how to schedule appointments. My kids were rescheduled 3 times at the last appointment, we drove all the way there to be told it was canceled and that they called us texted us and emailed us (never happened). They truly are the worst dentist office.

I went in a few months ago for a cleaning. Waited over an hour for my 9 am appt to even get in, then was there for another two. Saw the dentist for less then 30 seconds. They recommended I get my wisdom tooth out. I went in today to get copies of my xrays and make sure the referral was in there system.. it wasn't. There was a referral for braces which isn't even something we talked about at the appt. Luckily I found the one that was given to me but the hygienist didn't even sign it, left a ton blank. Considering going somewhere not even in my insurance plan rather than going back here.

They "lost" my appointment, despite that I made it months in advance and had email confirmations for that time and location. I was told it wasn't in her system and the dentist wasn't in that day anyway. It was a waste of time.

Service is great, but as far as availability goes and their ability to honor appointments, they are beyond awful. A handful of times now I have had to sit and wait typically around an hour just to be told that they will have to reschedule me because they are running behind. I would understand if it was a one time thing or because I was late, but I arrive on time and even extra early for my scheduled appointments to try and prevent it. It has happened a total of 5 times now and I'm officially over this place. It seems like it's an everyday occurrence for appointments after 2pm. If you like to have your time wasted, this is the right place for you!

This os the WORST place to keep an appointment. They schedule an appointment for you and when the appointment is close they cancel it without any valid reason. I scheduled an appointment THREE times and they were canceled by them at the last minute without giving you a new appointment and without any emphaty. They have the worst customer service that I ever see.

I had the worst experience ever at sage dental. I went there for a cleaning and to get my wisdom tooth checked out. The lady who was taking my X-ray was really rude and unprofessional. The machine she put in my mouth for the X-ray was hurting me and she was jamming it in my mouth and didn't even care if it hurt me or not. Her attitude was horrible. I simply asked her " you know I am a human right" ? She said what am I doing wrong? I said you are hurting me. She walked out the room and told one of the other ladies I didn't want her to help me and and how I am asking for someone else to help me. I never said that and she didn't want to help me, I did not feel welcome and I did not want to give sage dental my business. This practice was better years ago and it changed terribly. No one even asked me what happened or even showed any care. No sympathy for the patients. I canceled my appointment and walked out. I will not be going there ever again, also will be canceling other family members appointments. This will also go up the chain of command to the person who is responsible of the practice. If you want to waste your time, money and wanted to be treated horribly please feel free to make an appointment at this location. SMH

I'm rating just one star because I don't know what is going on with this location on the loop where they have rescheduled me for four times. They did the same thing to me last year. Their excuse is that they have overbooked therefore that's why they keep rescheduling. I haven't seen a dentist over two years because of what they keep doing. If they don't have enough space to book people then why do they do it in the first place?
