I love going to my dental appointments!! For me it's like another day at the spa!!! The moment I come in to the office I feel genuinely welcomed!!! Janine the manager and Arlene always do a great job checking in and checking out patients. Dr. Rodriguez is always very helpful and advises me what my dental needs are, plus her assistants are great, they're all family oriented. Edel the hygienist always educates me on flossing and to brush 3 times daily. Overall the staff is always great and I feel appreciated as a patient

Amazing customer and dental services are provided at this dental office. The office manager is extremely professional, sweet and attentive, as well as the dental secretaries. I would highly recommend this dental office. They provide great comfort, which keeps their patients content and returning to their office. :)

Poor Quality Service. We paid for a Maxi Partial Flex base and it broke after 5 months. we called them to request a replacement through the warranty but they claim that the item (Partial) had to be left at their premises for five days in order for them resolve the issue, but that meant that my dad had to be without his teeth for that time. They don't understand the human necessity of being without an essential part. After all this, they send us a bill charging a new Max Partial Flex base without ours consent. Worst experience ever.

I do not recommend Sage Dental of the Lake to anybody, they only care about money. They don't care about your dental health. My experience was not good at all. No les recomiendo a nadie Sage Dental of the Lake. Solo les interesa sacarte dinero no les interesa tu salud dental. Mi experiencia con ellos fue totalmente negativa. Gracias

My dental hygienist was the worst I've ever had. He RUSHED my cleaning. He had NO pattern, he was all over my teeth and some was even skipped. The pressure he had on my teeth I swear they were going to be pushed out. I don't remember his name but it starts with an "E".

After years i finally decided to extract my wisdoms , this office is highly recommended . Everything went smooth . Dr berenstein and his staff were very patient informative and sweet . I had never been put under general anesthesia before but they made the experience very worth while . No pain afterwards and he makes sure you have all of your meds . This is the place to do your procedures .

I had surgery yesterday at the Miami Lakes office major surgery with my mandibular being shaved on both size When I say amazing from the front desk though out the whole surgery to end all the personal was outstanding and very professional Best experience I hear some people complain about the cost but I'm a true believer of you get what you pay for I would have paid more I don't have pain nor swelling I'm eating soup and it's only been 24 hours and a great job was done he even had to straighten out another mess up in my mouth done by another dentist I'm happy with this office and would be happy to recommend them

I had all types of dental work in this place from cleaning to root canal , I've always been afraid and embarrassed to go to a dentist because staff and dentist in other places made me feel uncomfortable I can tell you that Ive never felt so at ease then I have with this place, ALL staff, doctors are so sweet and professional they know what they're doing and pay attention to detail.
