Went in as a new patient Yesterday for no reason. Their prices are CRAZY.... They said they couldn't do a regular cleaning because what I needed was a DEEP cleaning that cost 1,300 . Then they don't offer any financial help just their "sage dental" that took $180 off. The staff was trying to help but even they say the prices are crazy. Never again!!! Waisted my time.

Dr. Peeta is great. Front office customer service is inadequate and below expectation. They point fingers to each other and you pay the price.

My son went for an annual checkup and cleaning. Was charged $25 for "office copay."Later called my insurance company and I was told I should be covered 100% for checkup. The insurance agent put me on hold and called the office and was told it was a "PPE" fee. Never heard off or pay any fee at any dentist for annual cleaning. Beware of hiding fee.

I went in as a new patent . They didn't tell me that they didn't have a hygienist. I have been dealing with this since September. It has been a nightmare. The bill is horrible. I have call for months. Insurance has called. Can't get them to send Insurance the information. I was told by office,It is done electronically. Just talked to someone in office that was very rude. If you can't help and be more understanding, then get a different job. You really shouldn't be customer service. Yes, of course I will never go back.

I went in as a new patient last month and had a wonderful experience. The front staff was very pleasant and professional, the hygienist and back staff was the same. I absolutely love Dr. Pete. My second visit was just as pleasant. Hopefully I'll have no billing issues. So far I haven't. They explained everything to me upfront in terms of my out of pocket portion.

I started with this location late last year (2021). A big mistake. The dental care is OK but the office staff is horrible. I went there because I saw some good reviews but now I notice that the good reviews are old and most of the recent reviews are not good about this location. I should have paid attention. I got some work done at this location. Although my insurance paid all the bills, they kept sending me bills for inappropriate charges. My insurance confirmed that all bills - as contracted with in-Network service - were paid and they cannot bill me anymore. However the office staff did nothing to take care of it. After four months of constant communication, I reached out to corporate office as I was upset. And guess what? I just got a letter that they would like to terminate dentist-patient relationship. They did not have time to clean up their accounts and remove inappropriate charges but sufficient time to draft a letter to terminate the treatment. My treatment is not complete. They made multiple errors in insurance paperwork and now not able to clean up fake charges. Please stay away from this office. They are more interested in milking any money from you but not in your treatment. I have long list of emails and letters to show if you don't believe me. If you want to avoid frustration, don't go to this office.

I am extremely disappointed with the financial sector of this company. I have been trying to get a bill corrected for over 8 months. I was billed incorrectly since they have my insurance listed incorrectly in their system. I have spoken with Thomas who spoke with my insurance company and confirmed their bill is wrong. However I came to find out Thomas no longer worked for the company and left no information regarding my issue. I then spoke with Sherita(spelling may be incorrect) personally...since I had to actual go to the office. She then stated she would work on this and follow up with me. After a week with no updates I called back to then be told she was transferred to the Buford location and I now need to speak with Casey. I then speak with Casey 3 weeks ago who states she sees over $400 that's already incorrectly charged. She advised she would contact my insurance company and get this resolved and of course would follow up with me. No follow up occurred so I called and of course she is out of the office until next week. I have received the same bill over and over with the threat now of it being put on my credit. I have contacted my attorney because I refuse to pay something I do not owe or have my credit dinged for it. This has been a nightmare! I have since advised my family to stop going since apparently Sage has no interest in resolving issues they are responsible for. I waited to write this review in hopes Casey was finally going to resolve this but nope...so here I am writing it!

*Warning* This office does not care about you. Do NOT trust them with your mouth or wallet This office has lied to me, hung up me, charged me more than initially agreed after half the work was done, misled me about insurance appeals, passed me along to offices that do not respond, and now threaten me with collections if I do not comply. Over nearly the past year and a half, I have been very patient and trying to work with Sage's mistakes and own words. But now, I am left with a huge bill and threats of attacks to my credit score even after I follow their recommended channels of appeal. They have not done any necessary follow up appeal that they were responsible for in my case and as such have strung me along for a very long time and in the end decided they weren't going to do it and footed me the bill without my insurance ever hearing from them. Do not come to Sage Dental of Suwanee if you do not have an extra +$1000 to throw away at mistakes and negligence.

The team was very friendly and understanding of my time. The front desk staff is top notch, the Dentist and Optometrist are very patient and understanding with children and the Hygienist was very knowledgeable. She even hand scaled my mouth versus rushing through the appointment with the ultrasonic scaler. I highly recommend them.

They might be the worst dental office I have dealt with. I know it's hard with COVID going on, but both appointments I've had with them, I've had to wait in my car for 30-45 minutes after the appointment time. Then the woman at the front was making rude comments about my insurance. After deciding to give them more one try, I just got a call that they don't have a hygienist in for my appointment at suwanee or Buford and then I was hung up on. I understand these are hard times, but they are unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Farryn Harrison is the BEST! I have been thru 5 less than stellar experiences (sparing the details) with other Dentists. If you want the job done right call a Woman. Loved her! I am so grateful I found her. On a scale of 1-10 - I give her support staff a 15! Incredible Team. Professional, compassionate and down to earth. Thomas had the patience of a Saint working with my Insurance Company. Very affordable. I highly recommend SAGE Dental in Suwanee, GA and Dr. Harrison. Will be recommending her to all of my friends, family and clients!

Horrible... had to come back about three times because the fillings felt wrong, went to another dentist to tell me the fillings were not done properly so I may have to get them redone.

Good Morning, I'm truly disappointed in Sage. I have been a patient for over two years now. Dr. Peters is wonderful, but the office staff is so rude, unorganized, not knowledgeable, and very unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am this morning. I arrived at 8:50 am and per text message checked in and waited for someone to come out and get me. I waited 5 minutes and then decided to call in to see if I should just come in. I was advised to come in. I then asked if my insurance was was covering today's visit because I hadn't heard back from anyone since the day I scheduled the appointment. The gentleman advised that I would be responsible for 1538.00. There were procedures listed on the encounter that I was unaware that I would be receiving, like a bone graft and biopsy of tooth #10. To my knowledge, I was scheduled to have a root canal. When I got to the back, the lady named Shara? Was so rude to me. She was speaking to me in a hostile loud tone, advising that I have not been in since last year August and therefore you will have to be evaluated again and that cost is $79.00. She advised to forget about what ever was told to you at the front desk. Then she threw the X-ray jacket on me and immediately asked me to open my mouth. After she took the x-ray, I felt so uncomfortable. At this point it was already 9:30 am and the Dr. had not entered the room. I thought it was best that I leave and possible get some clarity from management as to this protocol and reschedule when someone it's much more organized. My daughter had an appointment on last Friday and had the same experience. What has happened to Sage of Suwanee?

My wife and I both had exams and fillings. The staff was very nice and funny. Dr Peeta was very good and very patient. Look forward to getting all the work done and over with, I hate dental pain and my wife does too.

My appointment was at 11 they took me after one hour just waiting. All for 5 mins visit. No one says anything you just sit there like your invisible.

My mother was referred here for a root canal treatment. They try to get you in quick assuming insurance should cover. We gave plenty of time to have them check our insurance, and at no time did they say that the treatment could possibly not be done and she would still be charged. They ended up charging her $200 for a consult just to see the endodontist who took all of 10 minutes to say that a root canal couldn't be done and referred her to a periodontist but did not explain that there would be a $200 out of pocket at the end of the visit (within the same company of course). No options were given. When we called our insurance they told us the $20" would've been charged and not covered even if the root canal was done. This is very inconsiderate when you have to plan to save up for a future expensive $1000+ treatment she will probably need done either way. When she called the periodontist office, they said it would be another $200 for a "consult". As another reviewer has said, stay away from these assembly line chain dental offices.
