Dr. Knowlton and Dr. Katherine were amazing I am 7 months pregnant and literally hate the dentist but they were amazing to the point where I will definitely be back I loved the customer service and the work done. AMAZING

Thank you to the whole office for the amazing experience. From someone that has a phobia of going to the dentist, you made this experience a blessing. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my fear, listening to what I have learned to become triggers for me, and respecting that without making me feel embarrassed. While I have a long way to go, I feel confident and trust your office will help me get past this phobia and have a smile on my face, instead of the tears. Thank you all for today's experience.

I absolutely enjoyed my first visit with Sage Dental of St. Cloud. For years I have been saying I wanted to find a good dental location with great service. I arrived and had issues with my insurance and finding the information but the ladies at the front desk took their time to help me get the correct information and get started. Super friendly service and not only to me, but to all who entered in the building as I waited. Once in the back, the young lady who took my X-rays was extremely gentle and polite. Dr. Melissa Williams was very nice as she entered in to further exam me and the xrays shown. She encouraged me that my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were lol, but she did take her time to advise me of most important procedure needed and the steps to get my smile all fixed up. In comes the super polite hygenist and she gave me our start up plan as well. Everyone was amazing and made it easy for me to return back to the dentist office after a long overdue visit. I'd definitely recommend this office and service to anyone. Although this was my new member visit, they made it easy to want to come back and finish up my dental needs with them. Great job to the entire team today and I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name who took care of me. Go SAGE!!!

I dont usually right reviews,but after leaving Saint Cloud Sage dental office today, its only right that I give them their flowers, from the positive innerG you sense as soon as you walk in ,As well as to Giselle and the complete staff,Especially the hygienist she really has a soft ,gentle touch when performing a deep cleaning... now im smiling like this .. Thanks for the !!!!!

My experience with Sage of St Cloud was primarily a positive experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The dentist Dr Williams is knowledgeable and fair. Anything that wasn't quite right was quickly corrected. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

THE MOST UNRELIABLE DENTIST OFFICE IN CENTRAL FLORIDA IS SAGE DENTAL OF ST. CLOUD! Appointment for new patient rescheduled in April to May, then from May to July and today at 7:53am I received a call canceling the appointment because they don't have a dentist to see me. Their lack of commitment and professionalism is incredible. Thinking that saying "sorry for the inconvenience" is enough is the biggest problem in today's society with this type of businesses. I had my 2 kids enrolled, not anymore. Their lack of reliability, competence, ethics, poise, written correspondence in advance, organizational skills, and accountability are some negative points of reference to not visit or schedule anything in this office.

Dentist Melissa Williams was great as well as most of the other employees as well. There were a couple issues I had during my visit. First, a routine cleaning was not included in the new patient visit and I was not made aware of that until the end of my appointment. Also, not all members of the dental team took the time to talk or explain exactly what they were seeing during the exam and how the treatment works. Overall, it was a pretty good experience... mainly because of Dr. Williams and the women at the front desk.

Called to make appt for my 6 year old, the lady I spoke with let me know that for pediatric patients, they can only be seen at 11am, or 3pm. I made the 11am appt. The next day I receive a text to confirm my 8am appt., so since the time was incorrect, I called to clarify the mistake. I spoke with another lady, this one was super rude and sounded like she hated her job and life itself. She automatically let me know that they don't take pediatric patients under 12 yrs old, didn't apologize for her co-workers mistake or wasting my time in filling out 45 mins worth of paperwork! And to top off, she hung up on me. Yeah, they get 1 star just bc I have to give them something in order to post this angry review. Horrible customer service! If they need help with hiring qualified, happy people, its what I do for a living and am more than happy to help out!

The ladies there are all fabulous!
