I hadn't been to the dentist since COVID started and I had a bad experience with the dentist I'd been going to for years so on the advice of a friend I tried the RPB office of Sage. As soon as I walked in I could see everyone smiling,. There is a very good positive energy. I didn't half to wait. The dental assistant was extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was very nice and very informative of what needed to be done. I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned next but (because of anxiety) I asked if I could reschedule. They didn't even hesitate and rescheduled me without a problem. I don't think I'll feel any hesitation on my return visit. I couldn't have felt any better about a dentist visit.

Always a great experience coming to Sage Dental. Everyone is so professional & friendly. Milagros is great! She does such a great job cleaning my teeth. I look forward to the next appointment. She inspires me to take the best care of my teeth!

I had an appointment today at 9 am for my wisdom tooth consultation. I have been waiting for this appointment since April. Originally it was for June however I was informed it needed to be pushed to July due to dr scheduling. I check in on my phone and was told to wait in my car. 30 mins go by and still no response , I call and was informed that the dr is in surgery still. I wish I was called and informed instead of me waiting for a while and left clueless until I called myself. Every appointment I have, I always have to wait 25+ mins. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but won't be returning anymore.

New patients beware. I made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning. They did my x-rays and looked at my teeth. Everything looked fine and they told me I was done and could go see the receptionist. I was very confused because I came in for a cleaning. They informed me at the desk that they don't do cleaning on first time patients. I've never experienced this in my life with a dentist. It has always been a two hour first time visit. First hour doing x-rays and reviews and the last hour for the cleaning. Now I have to take more time off work. Not happy

The staff was polite ,eloquent and gave great customer service .The doctor is really nice and the staff are easy going and friendly. I'll definitely suggest this place to everyone I know.

The assistant who does x-rays is horrible; she made no effort to be gentle on any of my visits; she just jammed the frame in my mouth and twisted it around like an incompetent phlebotomist. The dentist was polite, but it took 4 visits for him to adjust my crown to the point where it didn't hurt to chew. His politeness is the only thing earning them a second star.

I have had problems with billing but all the dental work is 5 star. The doctors are top notch and they did great work for me. Thank you for the great care.

Don't trust the computer automated appointment reminder. I've had an appointment canceled without knowing and another scheduled that wasn't on their system. Don't know why this may have happened whether it's money or by coincidence.

Wow I'm sure my post won't even show cuz sadly those who r big biz who ALREADY Expect bad reviews choose to invest in best tech peeps to make sure reviews blocked with bots that right positive reviews to not over over like 5 star it but good 4 4 4.8 qhen in reality I'm not even allowed to get more then one review in n n pic on simple Google review nor Facebook or yelp n when u r I advice all those is to review me real quick I never complain unless it is truly t benefit like life or death type decisions when dealing with

I was extremely pleased with the staff, technicians and the doctor. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Juma explained each step as he extracted my tooth and his assistant Lyneshia was professional while being friendly and personable. I had an unpleasant experience at another location so I have very happy!
