I don't like going to the dentist. It's never been a place where I'm comfortable. I just had some serious work done & the doc & the hygienist we're quick & made it as pain free as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

I was nervous and had anxiety about going to the dentist after a few years. I went to sage dental in Roswell GA. After x-rays and a quick exam the dentist came in briefly and told me a few recommendations it was not a personal nor warm welcome. My main concern was insurance/ finances. They had the billing manager came to and talked to me and his exact words to me was my insurance was healthy mouth insurance how professional right. I asked him what was covered he told me the x-rays and exam NO cleaning. As I checked out I noticed they had financial brochores I questioned him about them and he told me one was only if you had good credit what would make him assume that I didn't have good credit. I found a different dentist and was able to use my "healthy mouth insurance" and receive a cleaning that same day and still have a balance with my insurance plus the dentist, and staff had outstanding customer service. I'm happy to have found a dentist I can call home with extremely lower and affordable prices than sage dental. Don't choose Sage Dental...

Worst dental office I've ever been to. Save your time and money and find a real dentist.

I have been a patient of Sage Dental for about 4 years now. My most recent experience since October 2021 has not been pleasant. When I make my appointments, I always request an In-Network dentist to ensure my benefits are utilized to the fullest. However, I get to my appointment and I'm informed the doctor I'm seeing today is Out-of-network. As long as my bill is not reflected of that and I am not charged out of pocket for the extra expenses. I pay my bill that is my part on the day of services; however, I then started to receive bills that I should not. It's July 2022 and I still fighting for an October 2021 expenses to be removed from my account. I was told by the Front Desk as well as the Office Manager that these charges would be removed since this was not my error or fault but a scheduling issue!

I went there for apt . They didn't do one thing besides a X-ray. They said I need several things done. They would call me back after insurance verification. It has been a week and no call back . I would never recommend this office.

The customer service and urgency was not there, I've had problems with tooth number three where they did a root canal and I've had problems where they did two extractions. I've had to go get a second opinion and I urge everyone do not use sage dental they don't care about their patients they care about the dollar amount. I am very unsatisfied and will be contacting the insurance commissioner and the better business bureau.

Do NOT go here or to any other Sage property if your insurance allows it. Stay away from all chains, if you can help it. You will not regret finding literally any other dentist. I had an unnecessary crown put in after some tooth pain on a failed filling, and the crown failed after less than 1 YEAR. I had to get a root canal AND a new crown from a different dentist, who said that the one Sage put in is not good. The fit has never been right, either. They will try to oversell you on deep cleanings and other stuff - GET SECOND OPINIONS, don't give them your money without second opinions. They are pretty high pressure with offering the services they provide.

Horrible experience, totally ruined my tooth. Do not come here! After I got a root canal here, they were working on putting the crown on and they fractured my tooth and said it had to be removed. This was after 30 minutes of them drilling on my tooth. AND I had to pay the visit fee. I came back next to discuss the treatment plan and was told I don't have to pay that visit fee, but I've been getting bills in the mail and when I called to talk to the staff they told me I have to pay it or it's going to collections. On top of that, they had told me they would credit the money I paid for the root canal toward extracting my tooth and putting in an implant. The day before I go in for the extraction, they cancel my appointment. And they knew I was moving out of town literally the following day, so I had no other opportunity to come in for the appointment. I live in another state now and just went to discuss a treatment plan with a new dentist and it's going to be $2,550 for the implant surgery. All of which was caused by the error of a dentist at Sage Dental. I am completely livid and have spoken on the phone with multiple people at Sage Dental and no one has been able to help me get the refund I was originally promised by the manager, for the problem they caused by destroying my tooth.

Scheduled an appointment online and filled out prior paperwork beforehand. I was a new patient, so I assumed the standard, XRay, cleaning, and talk to dentist. I was a little late but they said it wasn't an issue. I got my X-Rays fine and then the dentist came in. We talked for less than a minute and they told me someone would come talk about my cleaning plan. I was confused since my teeth hadn't been cleaned. I SAT ALONE FOR 50 MINUTES before I flagged someone down to figure out what was going on. They said the front office manager was on the phone with the insurance company and that was why he didn't come see me. I went up front and overheard the office manager talking with someone about staffing and not having childcare and was ushered to the waiting room so I couldn't hear the conversation. I was told since I scheduled online, I didn't have the option of requesting a cleaning but if I called, I could have gotten one. So at the end of the day, I was at the dentist for two hours and only got X-Rays and a 45 seconds conversation with a dentist and they got to bill my insurance for $152 dollars. They had the audacity to ask when I wanted to schedule my cleaning so they could bill me again. Find a reputable business and stay away from this group of very unprofessional people.

Find yourself a different dentist that's all I have to say. They schedule appointments and a day before they will call you to reschedule and when you go there to see a dentist they always ask you to pay and show you payment plans for treatments you don't need but just another way to rip people off. Avoid find someone else

Made an appointment for a cleaning (new patient) this morning at 9:00 and took all my X-rays. This appointment was schedule 10+ days prior when I was in office being seen for a different issue. The appointment was scheduled for today to check on that issue and for a cleaning. After all my X-rays, the hygienist came back in and I was told "the hygienist has a 10:00 so you'll need to wait until that is done or reschedule." While I was visibly frustrated about the situation, the hygienist was rude and told me not to get an attitude (failed to even tell me his name), and front desk staff was very unhelpful. I Will NOT be returning to this facility and strongly recommend you to avoid this location. Also noted the hygienist was on personal cell phone while I was being seen. Very unprofessional all around.

Edited 12/21/2021 Wow, what happened? This place has gone completely downhill in the past year. I just showed up for my 8am appointment, called to check in, waited 10 minutes only to told that I couldn't be seen because the dental hygienist was in the back of the building sick to her stomach. That's unfortunate and obviously not the fault of the hygienist, but this was the 3rd time I had to reschedule due to something going on with the hygienist, and even more frustrating that I took off work to attend to this appointment. I asked if there's another hygienist that could see me, but I was instead referred to another location. The staff here has always been very nice to me but I think it's time to switch providers before I have an experience like the previous reviewers have had. Also, just look at all the owner responses to Google reviews for the past 2 months--all the same message, copied and pasted. If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is. _______ Great experience overall! Dr. Northcutt and the entire Sage Dental staff did an excellent job making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my first-time appointment. I also appreciate the super convenient location (nothing like grabbing a Starbucks right after a teeth cleaning, am I right?) and how modern-looking and clean the office is. They also appear to have the latest technology in dentistry, which was very important for me when I was in search of a new dentist. Overall, I'm happy to say my search ended with Sage Dental.

After a horrible experience in March, we have never gone back. We received a bill in October for that March visit. After paying that one we received another bill for the same March visit in November! The experience is frustrating to say the least and patient care just isn't there. Front desk manager will always go for the dollar and couldn't care less about the patient experience.
