Not a good experience each time. Noon appointment not moved to the chair until 1:00. The hygienist said the dentist would be in soon. After another 30 minutes I got up and walked out and will never go back. I am a business owner and if I left my clients waiting an hour and a half for a noon appointment I wouldn't have any clients.

Dentists are great. It's a shame the front office isn't properly trained to treat customers with respect or go out of their way to help. I called 2 times to reschedule an appointment to a sooner date being that I had an emergency. On a busy mornings they answer and hang up right away. The next time I called it was 4:53pm and they'd pick up and hand up right away, without saying hello. I guess there is a rush to close and can't wait until 5 o'clock? Customer care isn't a priority on the front desk side. There is no one reliable to communicate with and get care from. If everyone was as professional and caring as the Dentists side it would be a different experience and world in there.

The Sage Dental model seems to be very close to a bait and switch. I scheduled an exam and cleaning using their in-house Sage Care. I also had a small repair I needed done. However, the dentist decided that I needed a "deep cleaning." I was told it would be "unethical" to do anything else. The "deep cleaning" was over $800. The staff then offered to do this "deep cleaning" over several months. This was after they went on and on about how bad my teeth were. I declined and requested only a basic cleaning and the repair I needed. The staff never offered to do the repair I needed. They only focused on up-selling me to a "deep cleaning." I was refused service, and the staff told me to go somewhere else. I went elsewhere. I got a regular cleaning with no issues and no "deep cleaning." The staff lectured me on ethics, but it seems that they lied about what care I needed. I later had a family member get treatment at Sage Dental. I noticed an additional $60 charge over what Sage Care should have charged them. I called and asked for clarification. I was told that was a "copay" for seeing the doctor. I advised that no one had seen the doctor. We were only there for a cleaning. The staff member then decided it was a general copay and became dismissive of my issue. I never got an answer on why we were over charged by $60. I have requested a refund through Sage Dental's email. They have declined to respond.

I waited 30 minutes in the car waiting to be called in. Mind you it was 90 degrees out so I had to have the car running. I can't speak for everyone but gas is almost $4 gallon so I wasted gas waiting. I finally went inside to let them know I had been waiting for 30 mins. And told them I would reschedule the apt for another time but after a few mins they told me that the room was ready for me or it would be about a month or so before they could get me back in, so against my better judgement I said okay. I saw the Doctor after a few minutes and I explained that I didn't want the deep cleaning today, because I just recently moved and couldn't afford the add'l expense right now. He told me that he didn't have the authority to change my treatment plan, but would check. After about 15 mins the hygienist came in and proceeded to tell me that as long as I was in treatment plan they couldn't change it because I have bone loss and that it wasn't going to get any better, which I personally believe with good home care that I can eradicate the disease and even regrow some of the bone loss ( as I've been dealing with this for years) but I didn't argue with her. She said she couldn't "just clean my teeth" so I walked out. I don't believe I will be back and I will be looking for another practice who knows how to treat the paying patients. If anyone asks me I will certainly tell them they should look elsewhere.

I went in for an appointment and sat for nearly an hour before inquiring what was the hold up. Staff member told me X-ray machine was down and she doesn't know how long it will take.Mind you, I've been waiting on this appointment for months. I will definitely take my business somewhere else because Standard of practice is often most reflected by initial contact. In this case, standard of practice is disorganized, unethical, unapologetic for mistakes.

Absolutely the best. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It has been 15 years since I've been to a dentist due to fear. But from day one that I visited Sage Dental, the doctor has been gentle but aggressive with the deep Cleaning that I need to obtain and keep a healthy mouth and much nicer Smile. The Staff is also very nice and polite. I will continue the upkeep of my Dental Care. Thank You Sage Dental.

If i could give this place a negative star i would definitely do so. This place is a joke and a waste of time. My moms appointment got canceled 3 times for unnecessary reasons. One of the times she actually made it there for them to tell her she can't be seen. I guarantee by the time i got done with them they had no choice but to see her. Then the audacity for them to call me the morning of the appointment to cancel last minute all 3 times. This is ridiculous. Unprofessional! All I could do is hang up in their face and request a new dental office.

Don't use any of their offices. They pulled my teeth and promised me good dentures. I have no teeth and dentures that are totally useless ! Can't say i didn't warn you.

This practice has a VERY shady billing practices. They charges me $200 for out of pocket co-pay and also billed my insurance $1,520 for a Root Scaling (deep clearning). This is close to being an insurance fraud. Be carefull!

Horrible service. Imagine walking to a used car dealership but instead it's a dentist office. This is exactly what my experience was with sage dental. My appointment was at 3:00 but wasn't seen until 3:40. After my initial consultation with the dentist she recommended a cleaning and possible orthodontist to get a night guard. I have had dental care for over 20 years with the military and had never ran into any issues with my teeth. I had two annual cleanings and was always in great dental health. I retired last year therefore I need it a dentist. Well, I chose wrong. Sage dental is nothing more than a practice that likes to churn customers in and out and up sell them on unnecessary treatments. Immediately after my exam, an assistant wakes in with an iPad and begins to show me the $700+ dollar treatment they recommended, and refused to provide the basic cleaning covered under my insurance plan. I asked if it was covered by the insurance? Obviously it was not. How can they refused to give me a traditional, insurance covered cleaning and why??? Because it makes them no money, that is why! I'm incredibly disappointed in this place and will not return, nor will I recommend anyone to go there for your dental care.

Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time here. It's like going into a car dealership, they try to sell you different packages and plans. Terrible. I made an appointment for my yearly cleaning the one the insurance covers once a year. Never had any cavities in my life, my teeth are in good in shape. They insisted I needed a deep cleaning and had to pay almost $300 out of pocket. I said no, I wanted only the cleaning covered by my insurance. The dental hygienist insisted it was unethical and after my diagnosis I needed to do the dee cleaning . What diagnosis? What are you talking about? I walked out. Be aware, new customers! this dentist office is ran as a sales/ business not a medical practice.

This is the Worst office in Saint Lucie West...No one knows anything..you can never get through to them and if you do they are absolutely no help. I had a tooth done by Dr. Quick who no longer works at Sage from what I understand...Nothing but trouble with that tooth since he touched it .. Needed 2 root canal treatments because the tooth was infected..He actually when the crown came in dropped the crown on the floor and picked it up and put it directly iny mouth .Great Hygiene! Then I had a root canal done by a different Endo at that practice who also No longer works there and he forgot an entire Canal so that Had to be redone and I was completely infected and had to be put antibiotics plus the joy of having to have it done again Now I need the a New Crown because that tooth has never stopped bothering me since he put it in. Run ...Run..to a different Dental group.. I thank God I chose Peacock Dental as my Dentist Office... Kind..Caring..Gentle..and professional...plus bonus Billing actually knows what there doing...
