I had a great experience here. I came in today for a consultation for a tooth extraction. My wisdom tooth in the back was cracked and needed to be removed. The oral surgeon Dr. Kravchenko was very professional and reassuring, as this was my first tooth extraction and I was nervous. Him and the Hygienist assisting made sure I was properly numbed and not in pain before and during the surgery. I was able to fill my prescription at the near by Publix which is convenient. The other hygienist I was seen by recommended Care credit to help with the cost and I was approved! I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was lovely and professional.

This office has had a complete turn over of the front office staff since a year ago. Front staff was very rude and short with me after I waited 30 min- only to find out my appointment was mis scheduled as a cleaning - NO apology whatsoever from the rude young woman working the front at the phones, made me stand to wait a second time to reschedule as I am disabled and had trouble doing this. (Dr Pinero was great when I've had her in the past as well as the hygienist Kelly.) Its ashame the front office is now rude and unorganized.

If I can save anyone a headache, please choose a different location. The front desk staff was very rude. They will bill your insurance services you don't need & that are not covered, which will in turn make you responsible for the overpriced bill. NEVER AGAIN!!

They took me in on a short notice which I was very happy about. The staff and Dr were pleasant and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. I would recommend them.

The staff members at the front desk were professional and friendly. Dr. Pinero did awesome reviewing my x-rays and explaining things thoroughly. All the assistants were gentle with the works done and the outcome was great. I felt comfortable and i will definetly come back for further oral matters as needed.

I dread going to the dentist ! But after visiting Sage Dental of Polo Grounds I was put at ease with the professionalism of the staff as well as the tender care of Kelly , it was a very pleasant experience after all, I need to go back next week and I am not petrified, And let's not forget the free gifts received. Thank you Kelly for changing my perspective on dental visits you are a true professional in all you do ! Nancy V.

Went to them back in August of 2021. M They pulled a tooth and we're supposed to put a permanent replacement in. I got covid and had to cancel my appointment. I've called and left voicemails and never had a call returned. They waited until January of this year to start charging my card weekly with a total of 918 dollars for unfinished dental work.

I tried so hard not to write this review: this place should be charged for insurance fraud. I went to this office on October 21st ( today is November 2nd) for a cleaning Jennifer Told me I would need to do a cleaning similar to what they did when I was at their office in May 2021. I declined that service because when they did it for me it left me in pain for two weeks. I had to go see another doctor and then back to their office because the pain wouldn't stop. So On October 21st I asked them to do just the Regular cleaning, whatever the insurance pays for. I understand they want to upsell, I get that. But I didn't want any more of their upselling services. Because of that, Jennifer said they will NOT do the regular cleaning the insurance pays for. I left the office and called the insurance to change my policy to a PPO so I can go see any doctors. I was told since that doctor is my assigned doctor EVEN IF THEY DON'T SEE ME, THE INSURANCE STILL PAYS THEM A PREMIUM MONTHLY, BASICALLY THEY ARE SCAMMING BOTH THE INSURANCE AND ME. THEY ARE GETTING PAID ON MY BEHALF BECAUSE IM ASSIGNED TO THEM YET THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THE SERVICE THE INSURANCE IS PAYING FOR. I changed my insurance plan so I didn't have to deal with those people. On November 1st, I called to get my X-ray from them, and I didn't receive it. I called again on November 2nd, but Jennifer is giving me the run around. Even their main office said Jennifer could have just email me the X-ray, but she continues to be difficult. Jennifer please email me the X-ray ASAP. Thank you!

Everyone in the office was very friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel more at ease with all of the dental work I need to have done, and of which I've been terrified. I'm happy that I came to this location.

Dr.Cerra was so nice when it came to my emergency filling. He explained every step and let me know what I would feel before he used a tool. I am very pleased and this is now my go to dentist!

very misleading with prices. wanted to charge me 2,000 for a tooth extraction... like what? and my gums were bleeding even more after they messed with my mouth. not coming back. no thanks.
