Terrible customer service. Support staff was unprofessional and lacking knowledge to do their respective jobs appropriately. Gave me 10 minutes notice that they may have to cancel my appointment, then asked me to wait 1.5 hours to see if the situation gets resolved. Waited 1.5 hours after driving 30 minutes and taking off a day of work for myself and my wife then canceled me. Poor communication and lack of training. Subpar dental establishment. I would look elsewhere and only use Sage as a last resort.

Everyone at Sage Dental is always so kind from the front office staff, the hygienist, the dental assistants and the dentist. They fit me in for an emergency appointment within a half day and the dentist was able to fix my problem quickly and painless. This is by far the best dental facility.

It was perfect.. Jonathan was gentle and quick . Front desk very polite, highly professional. Very pleased with the service, would recommend my friends.

Dentists CANNOT require annual bite-wing X-rays, but this place pressures you into thinking you have to. They won't examine you if you don't. If you have a healthy mouth you can follow ADA guidelines and have them done every couple years (I had unremarkable annual x-rays taken for many years now here at Sage and I'm done with unnecessary radiation exposure). I sat down on the exam chair and asked the X-ray tech if I can opt out of the x-rays, I just want to have the oral exam and move on to my teeth cleaning... she rudely replied ummm no. She went to get the doctor who came over also stating it's been a year and half, you NEED to have the X-rays done. He never even looked in my mouth before stating this. I said, I'm sorry I'm not getting them, I'm trying to get pregnant. He replied, well.. you're not. So you'll be fine. Once I refused x-rays, they refused any service. And I left and will never return. I have since found a dentist who again confirmed that dentists cannot require x-rays! It is a recommended tool for further examination especially for those with suspected problems, not a notoriously healthy mouth like mine

Dentist offices are scary but the staff here make it so enjoyable. From Ms. Rolanda at the front desk to Ms. Tia who works with Dr. Laska, Dr. Mario Laska, and the oral surgeon Dr. Nina Cunningham. I am a highly satisfied patient. I refer and encourage anyone to go here. Everyone I have encountered here has been phenomenal.

I have had a pleasant experience at Sage Dental Plantation every appointment thus far. The complete staff and is knowledgeable and bedside manner is great and made me feel comfortable having my procedures done. As a dental hygienist im pleased at the cleanliness, professionalism and limited wait time. Im glad this office was recommended to me from a friend. Chandra Dunn

I have been coming here for years. Every visit i always felt comfortable. I also like they call & send me reminders. The staff is so friendly . they make me feel at ease coming here. Even today- with the COVID- i was in & out quickly & felt very safe. A revised update as of today June 7,2022 Check in was quick & easy. Staff very friendly & made me feel comfortable. I was in & out in no time.

I started off here for a comprehensive dental experience, and it had been a while since I had dental insurance, so there was work to do. However, the office manager always treated me like I was some delinquent, very rude and aggressive, for example, I asked about an inquiry through email I had made 3 days ago, and I was told that they have a week to answer me, and then I received an email literally a couple hours later with the answer. They use pressure tactics to try to make you do increasing dental work rather than explain and understand what your situation is. I know there was stuff I had to do, but I'm also a person that deserves a minimum of respect and professionalism when spoken to. Will never go back.

I've been a patient here for years because it took me that long to catch onto their schemes! I would succumb to everything they would recommend aka REQUIRE, because I thought they had my best interest at heart. Boy was I wrong! These people are scammers!!! The only thing that matters to them is the bottom line! They will do everything within their power to squeeze every penny out of you! Today I was nearly thrown out of their office because I wouldn't agree to a "deep cleaning" ($600 after insurance coverage) and was denied the service of a regular routine cleaning! This is after I waited a month for my appointment and taking a new set of x-rays which will be billed to insurance! All for absolutely nothing! It's their way or the highway! I strongly recommend that you all look elsewhere for your dental needs. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!!!

Sage Dental in Plantation is the best Dental Office I've experienced!! Dr Laska and his amazing assistant Tia are a great team! They can make any dreadful procedure seem like a piece of cake! If you are apprehensive and shy away from dentists, like I did for many years, then this is where you should come!!! They're the Best!!!!!

Office staff is friendly, the dentist was not. Went in for a fill due to a chipped tooth and left worse than how I came in. Chipped tooth looked better than this. When I approached the dentist regarding the discrepancy was dismissed without care. Left in tears. Never in life have I been treated so poorly by a dentist.

They wanted to charge my son $500 for a deep cleaning that he doesn't need. Extremely busy overpriced and I think it's a disgrace because dental health is just as important!!!! Won't go here. Not suggesting at all!!!

Had an appointment for 11:30 as a new customer.... I completed all the required documentation and received several email reminders of booked appointment. I waited 20 minutes so far and I'm still here. Haven't moved from the lobby.

This practice follows CDC guidelines regarding prevention of COVID-19. Also, they are willing to explain all charges on the treatment plan. Lastly, ask for Jonathan if you want a deep cleaning and sparkling teeth.
