Worst office ever. They are doing some sort of fraud, charging insurance and then charging patient outrageous fees for doing absolutely nothing. Made an appointment for root canal and crown was charged $250 to be told they don't do crowns and they could only do root canal if I find somewhere else to get the crown prior to root canal being scheduled. Absolutely ridiculous and now they lie about charges and make excuses as to why. STAY AWAY!

Not a big fan. They failed to do all the paperwork for my biopsy. Went to get the results and they didn't receive them because of the paperwork. They had 2wks to call me and had me to tell me to come in and do it. I went to my appointment and sat there for an hour and they said nothing to me. The doctor had to tell me. Now I've got to wait longer to find out if I have cancer or not.

Friendly, helpful staff. Thorough X-rays and treatment. Hygienist is friendly, gentle and very good. Offer plans to help you and your family get the proper oral care.

Compared to the 3 Dentists I saw last week Sage was a 10-0 on a rating scale. The Receptionist and the other office staff at Sage were very friendly. They actually volouteered and helped check each other check me in. It seemed like patients are their top priority. Nurse Yama was so pleasant and reassuring that it was almost unbelievable. And the reason I was there Dr Blundell was knowledgeable, and caring. Again I felt like I was their #1 concern. Dr. Blundell explained my options w/o trying to influence me which was to go. He's and honest and caring Dr. Thank you Charles Walton

I visited this dental office on June 23rd for a dental examination and cleaning of my teeth. Before arriving, I made sure to tell them that I had several medical concerns about my visit with them. After I arrived to what seemed like a pleasant office, I had my HARSH deep cleaning. The dental hygienist, William, who I later have learned is a true dentist, that Sage Dental, is hiding from their patients, not only asked me for a date, but also injured me in this cleaning process. I called back the next day, asking for assistance and NOT to speak to this hygienist and was put on the phone with him. Since this time, I had to go to another location, where ulcers have been located. The office manager assured me that she would reach out to the regional director and as of today has NOT. The treatment plan called for more x-rays, for me to pay for more treatments, and to see another dentist. When the other dentist reached out Sage Dental has claimed that I NEVER visited them. PLEASE watch out for ABUSE of yourself if you enter this practice, especially if you are a female in that dental chair. The dental hygienist will do HARM and cause HARM to you. They will NOT take responsibility for his actions and when the dentist was supposed to check behind him she DID NOT!! Be aware of what you are getting into when searching for a new dentist or hygienist! Abuse is abuse and harmful and harassment is harassment and needs to be reported! Thanks! Shame on any practice that allows this type of abuse in any dental chairs!!

The staff is always super friendly ! I had to get an emergency tooth extraction done and the staff was very helpful and I forgot his name but the oral surgeon was great ! They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the extraction

I'd give 10 stars if I could, Denise & Leticia at the front desk helped me with anything & everything I asked, 10/10 service, Dr Mamta sengal also was more than helpful as to every question I was curious about. She made me feel better about my uncomfortable swelling! Would definitely recommend to anyone, anytime!

This was a waste of my time! I had a set appt, arrive early, the link sent the day before DID NOT WORK- I was provided an Ipad to complete "Registration" (No Problem) - Until the Device erased my information and the front desk receptionist implied that (I Skipped) i did not complete a portion of the screen ( No TRUE) - Meanwhile I arrived 20 mins prior to my scheduled appt, after 30 minutes I was STILL Completing Information "On the IPAD, That partially worked" as the staff sat behind the counter discussing their personal lives, no one offered assistance. At one point I requested assistance to unlock the device, the staff seemed to be annoyed that I asked for help. She became sarcastic in her statement to me, as I informed her that the process is overwhelming... her response to me and the customer also seated " While I have to do this at my own Doctor's Office" (with a shoulder shrug...) The atmosphere in this office among the staff was passive aggressive, poor, and apathetic. Going to the dentist comes with a certain amount of anxiety, I will NOT Patronize any establishment to treat me disrespectfully. I handed the IPAD back, walked-in to a Dentist nearby, received Excellent service and Care. No Thank you to the Plant City SAGE Location.

I absolutely love Sage Dental!!!!!!!! The dentist was very gentle and did a great job!!!!!! the staff was also wonderful!!! I would definitely recommend Sage Dental!!!!!!!!

Great service. Just a little too slow in front office, but that was due to one person missing in front. The single receptionist was terrific. Nice and clean. The Doc takes personal care in explaining the procedure to you. Excellent.
