Dr. Guerrero and his team provided timely and urgent care to beautifully replace my front tooth when it had unexpectedly broken. My dental emergency pleasantly transitioned onto a well-executed treatment plan with state-of-the-art technology and thoughtful guidance. I am grateful that I came to this office and only have praise for my experience.

The Pines office location (17027 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL) charged my son for a fluoride treatment which is not covered by insurance, without ensuring his understanding that this would be an out-of-pocket expense. And when I spoke to the office manager about it, she refused to reverse the charge. Do not go to this office!

My appointment was right on time. My cleaning was painless. Any additional services were explained ahead and the amounts were told to me. Everything went well.

Horrible service...Even on the phone!Like no etiquette whatsoever.The lady literally hung up without even saying "thank you" or "have a good day".When they first picked up the phone they don't even wait until you respond to let them know you may be placed on hold"What is that???"and on top of it whoever picked up the call was obviously eating while taking my call.I need a new dental office ASAP because they are obviously hiring people that are not professional or don't know what customer service is .

Very happy with the work that I received From inception to completion the hygienist did a phenomenal job for my deep cleaning and I'm very very pleased with it and now they did a crown which I'm very pleased with the work as well

Sage Dental is extremely blessed to have an employee line Deijah! She probably answers hundreds of calls a week but took the time to cater to my changing last minute schedule. She not only got me in last minute the first time, but she found a way to arrange for me to see the dentist and hygienist at separate times on the same day within the same week. She took time to listen to the reason I needed to change things within a few days notice. I have to travel to Pennsylvania to take care of some urgent medical needs of both my parents and won't be back for a long while. My hygienist Dunia was wonderful and educated me as to why I needed more thorough cleanings. She knew that I hate having anything done with my teeth and took great care of me. Thank you ladies!

I am a very nervous person when it comes to going to the Dentist. I had a very very bad experience with my former dentist. I had a root canal done to a molar and he was not able to numb it. I now go to Sage in Pembroke pines all the way from Miami near the airport. This place is amazing. The people who work here are so wonderful. Each and every one truly make your visit so comfortable. I wanted to give a shout out today to Renne who works at the front desk. She truly has a gift of making you forget that you are at a Dentist office. Also a shout out to Beverly!!! I have been getting my teeth cleaned for MANY MANY years and have never had such an amazing hygienist who is amazingly thorough! Beverly, will NOT leave a speck of anything behind on your teeth. I am so pleased and happy with her work. Her bed side manner is caring, kind and professional. I always feel like everyone there at the office is a long time friend. THANK YOU SAGE DENTAL.

Horrible unprofessional they ridiculed me every time I went in. I got braces my teeth came out ok but not good theres a gap in my front teeth now and I have to get something else done after having braces for 2 years. The people are mostly Hispanic wich I thought meant they would be good people I was wrong dont go here

Probably one of the worst "dentists" (I don't think I can call this place a dental office) I've ever been to. A tech cleans your teeth for 20 minutes and then sends you on your way.. no actual dentist comes to check your teeth. The basics included at normal offices are $80 extra at this place. They try to oversell products. They didn't give the "free whitening kit" they claim to give when I signed up with them. The X-ray takes 35 minutes because they don't know what their doing. Also, see the attached photos, which gives IMPROPER INFORMATION. EVEN WHEN ASKED THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE, they said please ignore. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME.

The staff was so welcoming. It was my daughter's first dentist visit (2yrs) old. They were kind, patient and very nice to my baby and I. I love the experience.

Awful experience! The staff treats patients like we're idiots. I signed a paper showing that the visit would cost $155.90, then went to front desk and was told that it's an additional $98 for a pulp test (a smudge of something cold on the tooth to confirm it's the tooth that needs a root canal- an ice cube would have done the same). Ridiculous! Beware, what you sign whole sitting in the chair is not the same when you go up front. Frauds.
